Iv been with sprint for a number of years. Recently i tried to put my wife on my cell plan and change to a new plan. I made the mistake of trying to do this over the phone with sprint call center... big mistake on my end. A month after what i thought was them doing what i asked, i recived a 233.00 dollar bill. They messed up. Set me up with a newer unlimited plan.. put my wife on a different plan. Charged me 25 becuse i switched contracts. Well after spending 4 hours on the phone with the call center trying to fix this problem, i just had to hang up and try a local sprint store. I went to the sprint store at RadioShack in severna park. I was greeted by the worker named Logan. He was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. After sitting with him for 5 minutes he fixed my account doing correctly what took three call center people to do.. and the call center still got it wrong. (Switch my accout to the 75 unlimited plan with the 3g hotspot, and add my wife on under it.) Pretty easy i would have thought. Anyways. I just wanted to give props to Logan and the this sprint store. Not only did he help keep a customer. He has him self a repeat customer. Ill be sure to go to him for future service.

I stay with Sprint due to Logan the manager, ,Greg and Meg. They make a great team and always have time to help me figure things out in my IPhone. I will stay with Sprint as long as I have such helpful and kind service. They have no problem helping an old lady like me(Ma bell days) understand a smartphone. I now love my iPhone and cant be without it. Im actually on my way there now just to ask whoever is working today to please help me understand how to do something on my phone. As a friend of mine says... a dummy with a smartphone!!! I can understand it only because of help from these outgoing friendly professional Sprint employees

The Sprint Store in the Radioshack is just a small table staffed by one Sprint representative trying to sell plans for first time customers. You cant do anything here except buy a new phone and plan.
