If I could give negative stars I would. Everyone in the store are SO rude! Theyre rude when you call and when you come in. I called looking for an item and the STORE MANAGER told me someone else had already called (not me) and that they did not have the item. When I asked could they check she said "no its busy in here." I asked if there was anyone on the floor, she said "I said its busy in here." I asked for the manager she said "I AM THE MANAGER" . Wait, theres more, when I asked her name she hung up! Im not sure who or what made this young lady so upset but I just called to see if an item was in stock, never found out and got rude service. When I called back to ask again what her name was Im pretty sure the girl lied. Her name is Lady. Corporate has been called and will be called again. I understand that everybody needs a job but I didnt ask her to work there.

I visited Dollar Tree May 28,2017 at 10:30a.m. Everything was great in till I arrived at the register. A Young lady by the name of Ms. Colleen rung my things up. I asked Ms. Colleen can she please double my bags, Ms. Colleen didnt respond. Then I said to her again could she please double my bags. She screamed at me and told me she heard me. Ms. Colleen then told me how much money I owed, I stated to Ms Colleen for the third time can you please double my bags. Ms. Colleen told me what my total was again. At this point I asked for her supervisor. Ms. Colleen stated to me that she was the supervisor. Then I asked Ms. Colleen for her whole name, Ms. Colleen stated to me that she was not going to provide me with her whole name. This is very unprofessional. Costumers should not have to deal with this kind of behavior.

Whenever I go in here the staff always have a bad attitude. The last time I went was for balloons for a graduation and the wait for a member to even acknowledge that I was waiting for an attendant at the balloon stand was unreal. Finally my friend asked one of the cashiers to call someone over and the cashier didnt even acknowledge her she just looked and kept ringing up her customer then finally we heard her over the loud speaker calling someone over to assist us. I think Im good on bad customer service. Next time Ill just suck it up and drive my lazy ass up to party city.

The store has a great selection, especially in the party supplies department. But the best selection is pointless when there is at most 2 cashiers checking customers out. Especially when a hot ticket item is inflatable balloons, which causes the cashier to walk to the side of the store, find the balloon, inflate it and bring it back to checkout counter. All in all I routinely wait 15 minutes on line for service.

Junky! It used to be an okay store. Now it is a mess, Unstocked shelves, boxes piled upon boxes in aisles. A carton even fell on my shoulder. Merchandise on floor. The dirtiest and most disorganized store I have ever been to in my entire life. A total disgrace.

I like the Dollar Tree but the Dollar Tree n Mondawmin Mall is dirty w/employees yelling across the store. Cashier was very pleasant but she had a wrap band around her head as if she was going to bed. Uggggg.......our people gotta do better

Everythings a dollar. Can pick up large tubes if brand name toothpaste, mugs, plates and kitchen items as eell as food. They also have been stocking long life milk that is sterile on your shelf and lasts for months until opened.

Frequently out of stock on many items. Often aisles full of boxes. Usually crowded with long checkout lines. Location in Owings Mills much better and worth driving up the street a few miles.

It appears no matter what Dollar Tree I go to there always seem to be things in a disarray. Boxes are always in the aisles so if you are a first time visitor be careful.
