My wife and I purchased two new apple phones and insurance for Target in July of 2016. The insurance was through Esecuritel cell and was billed monthly since that time. In Sept 2017, my wife dropped her phone and we needed to use our insurance that we had paid for each month. I was disgusted to find out that not only did the company change names, but Target never notified me of the business name change. When I purchased the insurance, the biggest reason for my purchasing the insurance was because of the quick turn around time (we were told the phones are overnighted after an email is sent) promised by the salesman. Much to my surprise, when we called to have our phone replaced through insurance ($125.00 deductible), my wife and I were told we were "selected" by Brightstar corporation (who took over esecuritel cell) to have to get extra documentation for our claim. Neither my wife nor myself have ever made a claim, never missed a payment for the insurance and never been late in payment. Though somehow we were selected to have to print out the paperwork, have it notarized, send the paperwork in via email, wait 24-48 hours for verification, then the phone would be shipped and take approximately 1-3 more days. When I asked if this was a new procedure for everyone who makes a claim, I was told "No". When I asked why my wife I were "selected" I was never told an answer by the several employees I spoke to on the phone. I notified Target Guest Relations about my experience and after 11 emails, 4 phone calls, and several hours of my time, Target corporation advised thus far that they have nothing to do with it and to contact someone else about the matter. Each of the 8 employees (supervisors of guest relations for Target) I spoke to refused to put me in contact with a manager or anyone above them. They also advised that there would be nothing they could do to help me and if their "internal investigation" showed something, I was not allowed to know about it. How am I supposed to know this wont be repeated on someone else (biased treatment) All in all: Target sold us insurance and my wife and I were treated in a biased manner. With Target being notified of the possible racial/discriminatory behavior being employed by their affiliated businesses partners, they have done absolutely nothing. If you believe that you are being treated in biased manner or racially discriminated against by Target, let it be known. They are not too big to have to stand trial for their reprehensible behavior. Their lack of response in this matter is ample reason to believe that they support this type of behavior and therefor support the mistreatment and biased behavior being perpetrated by their company. I for one am disgusted with Target and will make sure everyone I know is apprised of this behavior. The ACLU, Better Business Bureau, Attorney Generals Office, and every social media platform will be advised of this matter as well to help save people from this happening to them.

You get the wrong item for store pickup. But if you tell them its the wrong item, you cant even return it because its been "processed." You gotta wait until their systems been updated, which will be the following day. So you have no choice but to go home with the wrong item and come back the next day to return it. Well whats the point of store pickup if its more inconvenient than regular shopping? They could do better.

I went to get my Iphone 4 from this Target and the Target Mobile Sales Manager there Brandon was excellent with helping me get what I wanted with Target and I also walked out with a great phone and a Otterbox case that I was able to use my red card to get....if it wasnt for him I dont think this was going to be a good visit he was so friendly and FUNNY!!....Thank you Brandon you saved the day.

Waited and waited for someone to unlock headphones so I could buy them. Ended up going to Best Buy for them. I asked 2 employees where I could find beach towels and they sent me all over the store to the wrong places. Finally found them in an unlikely place and the selection was small and cheap. Feels like Target used to be better in service and quality.

That was the dirtiest Target I have EVER seen. The bathroom looked like it wasnt cleaned in weeks. Paper towels overflowing the trash can. It stunk like HELL. In fact the entire store was dirty and stinks. Floors were filthy. Even Starbucks was dirty. I thought it would be nice in that area. People complain about Mondawmin. SMH

I love this Target but Im only rating it a 3 because as a woman of color who lives on the same street as this Target I cant even purchase makeup here because they dont carry deeper shades. Cockeysville is pretty diverse area so Im unsure on why every shade is either light or medium. I hope this changes.

At this store everything is as I expect a Target to be. Security guard greeting you at the door , shelves and fixture full and organized. Prices and sales displayed and a helping hand around every corner. Checkout lines are moving fast and cashiers are friendly.

I like to shop hear always clean and very quiet, nice prices on items Im looking for. One thing Im not happy about and its almost every time I go is never enough cashiers on hand. Not a big fan of self check outs most of the time there is a issue with them.

I stopped trying to save money at Wal-Mart bc of the horrible customer service and not enough check out lanes opened. This target is always clean and stocked. Never have to wait in long check out lanes.

I asked the woman who picked up the phone if they sold checkbook covers. she responded with "What is checkbook?" then put me on a brief hold then I heard background noise and then was hung up on.
