Well I hate to Say it but its true! This store is run by RUDE unhelpful folks. And I am an EBAY power seller so I am extremely knowledgeable on the price to ship items. I went to price a package for shipment at the post office first $46 dollars same service at their store $68 dollars.... HUM so I let that time go figured that they are UPS store not post office and I shipped it with USPS and saved the $23 dollars. But I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Anyway yesterday I had to ship a bike box, (which are standardized by the bike companies for easy of shipping)... I usually ship from home since as an eBay seller you have a free click and ship. My click and ship was not printing but I had already seen the price to ship this box was $58 dollars so I figured I would just take it to the UPS store and ship there UPS is UPS right? Not at this store! They tried to Increase the size of the box by rounding up 2 or more inches and came up with a price of $138.00 for the same box I shipped and have shipped many times as around $60 or so!! I was so shocked I called them out to which they snapped back that I did not know what I was doing and my measurements were wrong... I am a carpenter by trade as well I have multiple tape measures on my trucks... So who do you think was right when it comes to measuring the box! So do your self and all of York a favor DONT shop here or ship here just go to UPS in staples or Office depot. I have NEVER had any trouble there unlike the 2 bad trips to this store SAME EMPLOYEES each time so very obvious that this is a poorly run store. I did report them to UPS for the second time.

Terrible UPS store. The incompetent and rude manager berated me for bringing packages that were pre-paid. She made a huge deal out of "how great the store was when it was Mail Boxes ect", about it "being bought and ruined by UPS", even though UPS purchased the chain 10 years ago. She started by loudly telling a friend of hers that was hanging out in the store "we could not make it if it were not for my merchandising, all people want to do is pay online and drop off boxes all day long " as if I was not standing there hearing all of this vitriolic garbage that was obviously aimed at me, my first time ever in this store. Note to owner of this UPS store, you need to fire this manager ASAP, she is destroying your business, look at the copious complaints about this menace to your store.

Manager is absolutely horrific! I was doing business at the store 1-2 per week for a few months until I started to notice the manager yelling at her employees and belittling them in front of myself and other customers. After I witnessed this happening at least 4+ times, I could no longer give that wretched woman my business. I was running late for work one day last week and had to drop a package off in a hurry, I rushed in handed her the box and declined a receipt. She then proceeded to make a rude comment about how I no longer do business there but can use them for free services and that I could also drop off boxes at Postal Connections! FROM NOW ON I WILL CINDY! The owner is doing her store an injustice by employing this woman.

I went in here with a package that was not a regular rectangular box. The woman that I believe is the manager made a snide comment about the packaging. When I stated it will still work she grumbled under her breath another snide comment disagreeing. Instead of just nicely explaining that irregular shapes get a up charge she had to make me, the customer feel incompetent. I should have left right then. Instead I had them price out the package and it came to over $20. Had it been a "regular" shape it would have been $8 to ship. So I left and went to the post office, had a very friendly clerk and sent my package for $6 insured. I will still ship UPS for certain things, but it certainly wont be from this store.

This place is run by the rudest person Ive ever met. This woman should not be able to work with the public. I go in the UPS store often, but lately the managers attitude is getting worse, and worse. I doubt I will going back anytime soon. She screams at customers, and her employees. I do not understand how the people that work with her can stand it. I feel bad for them. I do not wish to spend my money in that store anymore. The manager speaks down to the customers and makes them feel worthless. She needs to take a class on customer service. This is a warning! Do not go there!

Convenient. A courteous staff member asked if i needed any help, and held the door open for me as I came in with a huge 50lb box. I watched them as they accurately measured and weighed my package exactly as i had already done prior to bringing it in this location. Shipping from this store was exactly the same price as having the same package sent to me, and the same price quoted from UPS online. I would rather pay a bit more shipping with UPS than use anyone else. I cant think of anyone more rude or incompetent than people at the post office. USPS sucks!

I am in this store a least once a week, sometimes much more. I have always found the staff to be extremely cheerful, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Many, MANY times they have gone way over and above ordinary means to accomodate my needs and I know that most times my needs are not easy to deal with. They have also saved me $$$ numerous times by breaking down my packages, making them smaller to ship etc. I have been to other places in the past, but would not ever go anywhere else now. I have been a very satisfied customers for years !!!

The manager is awful. She is rude. And needs to learn how to talk to her customers. She yells at them all the time. I have also saw her yell at her employees. I go in there all the time. and they know me very well. I hate dealing with cindy. The rest of the employees are very sweet. If Cindy would just leave or get fired I would be very happy. Get it together girl. Its not cute how you treat your employees or your customers. I dont even see why people deal with her. And I dont see how she even became the manager of the store.

It was the week before my wedding and I had a ton of printing to get done. Everyone in the store helped me with printing, folding, and cutting and they were very professional and patient. Good price. When no other customers were in the store, every employee was helping and as soon as another customer came in, they were sure to help that customer ASAP. I have also used this store for other shipping needs and they have been wonderful. Glad to have found this store!
