My phone crashed and couldnt boot. I thought I would have to pay the deductible (about $200) via the insurance plan, or pay off the busted phone and get a new one. I told the sales associate that manufacturers warranty was 1 year, and Ive had the phone for 14 months. The sales associate (I wish I could remember the fellas name) said something along the lines of (and Im paraphrasing here) "Lets call our warranty department-- sometimes there are still options from the manufacturer." The sales associate dialed up the warranty department on his own phone and explained my phones specific malfunction to the guy in the warranty department. After a few minutes, the guy from the warranty department said that the manufacturer was aware of that particular issue with my particular model and extended the warranty! Im grateful that the sales associate had the idea to call the warranty department, because I wouldnt have thought of that on my own, given that I was already past 12 months of ownership. He could have pushed me into a solution that would have resulted in me shelling out hundreds of $, but, instead, he found that solution that worked best for me. Thanks a lot for your help!

What a wonderful experience at this store. Mark was AMAZING. So helpful, professional, and you can see he genuinely cares about your experience and service. My boyfriend and I came in to get a new phone because my boyfriend damaged his current phone while at a lake, and we were about to drop unnecessary money upgrading, but he double checked to make sure we didnt have any insurance before preceding. We did! And now we are paying a small fee to replace a phone instead of having to buy a new one. Mark was informative and very helpful. I highly suggest requesting him if hes there. He was an excellent sales person because he suggested products and services without being pushy. He probably would have made commission off us buying a new phone, but he was honest and helped us save money, and that is exactly why itll come around in the future. We will go back to this store and back to Mark when we upgrade! Thanks again, Mark! Excellent service representative!

I would give zero stars if it were an option. I was lied to numerous times by Eddie, a sales rep there. I paid them over $400 for a service, over a month ago, for things I never received. I asked for a refund. Now they are saying they dont know where my refund is. Its not $20, its over $400!!! The assistant manager, Jason, was useless. I actually called the police to report a theft. Although the cop did agree with me, he stated I needed to file a civil suit. What a horrible experience all around. Stay away!!!

The woman helping me couldnt have cared less. She barely even looked in my direction. Hardly knew anything about the phones and looked like she would rather be jumping on top of her co-worker with the way she was staring at him. Probably could have sold me on a new phone had she been remotely helpful. There was hardly anyone there and I still had to wait 20 minutes while 2 workers sat around and did nothing. Im not going back. They lost out on at least a 1000$ in sales.

Customer bought an iPhone 7 outright, for the full retail price. Sales associate grabbed a $40 screen protector without customers knowledge or consent, put the screen protector on and told the customer he had to pay for it regardless of whether or not he wanted it. Sales associates only help customers when they see dollar signs. They do not care about you unless they know theyre making money. Poor professionalism.

They always seem to be understaffed at this location. My last visit was to exchange my micro SIM for a Nano SIM to fit into a new phone I purchased directly from the manufacturer. I expected to be given a hard time since AT&T didnt make any money off of me, but I had no trouble.

Staff only helps when there is an opportunity to make money. The staff there is egotistical and ignorant, and they will not take responsibility for anything they have done. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Beyond helpful staff that is always willing to help. Who knew AT&T could provide more than just a cell phone. I have my iPhone, iPad, home phone, DirecTv, home security with automation, and my cars wifi!
