Due to circumstances beyond my control, I arrived at 8:05. I could see the girl and held out a HUGE bag of stuff that I wanted to donate. She refused to accept it pointing to the closed sign. How much time would it have taken to open the door and put the bag inside? Fine, Goodwill will benefit. See, I happen to know that CHKD doesnt get all the proceeds. Some of the money from donations pay WAGES. So when theres no business, they wont need to pay wages and that chick is going to wonder what happened.

Ive stopped shopping in this "thrift" store, and stopped donating too because of the outrageously high prices. Pricing things in a small town store by looking online to see what some amateur seller thinks it "might" be worth is not going to work, because millions of people arent buying things from the Franklin store. Most of the employees were very friendly, but they cant do anything about a poor manager, unfortunately.

Barbra umphellt is the worst manager. She is rude to her customers and employees also the prices are high and this in not a place for work or shopping come on a thrift shop is for bargined prices and respectful managers i rate this place as the worst place for a human to work.
