I was offered a position at this location and due to the unorganozation and lack of communication I ultimately am not an employee. While there at the appointed time waiting to be seen for 25 minutes.I noticed just how unorganized this location is, the selection is minimal, the shelves are not stocked and theres an abundance of staff however less than a few, cashier, clerks available, nor can anyone be found throughout the store. I was asked several questions by customers as I waited about products and locations of entrance and exit ways. I am not a fan of East Point however, the customer service and overall organization of the store is far more superior. This store is in a nice location but has poor service. Good luck as a recipient of limited product selection and poor customer service.

Absolutely the worst burlington I have ever been too..after 3 hours of back to school shopping with my husband and 3 kids we went to check out and the cashier was extremely rude and walked off the register without ringing up our items. The manager didnt care about the rudeness of his employee and kept telling us to call down when we were not even saying or doing anything but yet didnt say anything to the employee. I called the customer service number and they didnt care either about the service we recieved...we had $500 worth of times in our cart and left without them because we were appalled by the service...will never go back

This is the last time I am coming to this location. I love Burlington but this location always has extremely long lines when there were tons of employees working. I am shocked at not only how horrible and disorganized this location is, but how rude and slow the staff react when dealing with their customers. All of the employees express an inattentive attitude and lines ALWAYS form so long that they wrap around the cashier. This time, I waited in line with my children for over 30 minutes when there were 4 other employees on the cash register station. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY. Make it a day trip.

Horrible staff. I was new to this location & "hitler" was guarding dressing rooms & was very rude. Looking for more clothes, she later was rudely in my space trying to put clothes away. Checking out the line was long so we went to the back. Lady didnt even greet me but continued to talk with another employee. When asking about a price she was short and cut me off like I was intruding. After she was laughing with the other employee & then turned around with a stern face again to handle my daughters transaction, again without a greeting. Advice - hire friendly, customer service oriented people!

As of summer 2017, the big and tall selection (the previous draw for me) has become dismal. All buttoned shirts above XL are short sleeve, jeans are terribly ugly ripped or dirty looking. There is occasionally something worthwhile, but its rare. Be prepared to wait in line. Understaffed, slow, and the checkout area is extremely disorganized. As well, they can be very rude(though not usually). Ultimately, its a shame such a previously well-stocked, resonably priced store is going down hill.

As the slogan goes, Burlington is more than just coats. Actually, the last few times I have gone in it has been for shirts and jeans or to look around and see what odds and ends they had on clearance. The prices are usually pretty decent, but there is not a lot to choose from. The employees are nice, but there are not many roaming the sales floor so you are kind of left to explore by yourself.

Of possible would give zero stars. Bought a sports jacket to match a pair of pants I had and the colors didnt quite match up. Bring the jacket back less than one week later and they refused to even exchange for store credit. The WORST customer service. If you value your money DO NOT shop here

Though the clothes are not worth the time it would take to sort through them to find something worth-while -- the coat selection and styles are fab. I would love to go there and grab another coat for Winter. The cold plagues me. Good luck all!

This is by far the worst store I have ever been to. Its not clean. Not very well maintained. The bathrooms! Omg, just deplorable. I had to leave because of the negative vibe this place has. Ill stick to other stores.

This is a huge store. There is tons of stuff, but it usually seems to be organized with the kids shoe section being the exception. I can find kids shoes, but the sizes arent always where they should be.

I used to think this store was far superior to the store in parkville...however after this visit it is not...just in a fancier location. Poor selection of everything except dish towels.

The most poorly organized racks Ive ever seen. 4X fur next to S fleece next to L overcoat. Spent 20 minutes looking for a ladies leather coat but left after getting too frustrated.

The store was quite well organized, considering the amount of stuff thats in there. If youre willing to search a bit, you can find some decent stuff for pretty cheap.
