Ive been here a few times and find the employees not very friendly but went on Sunday and no one was at checkout. I waited a few minutes then went to look for someone. I turned the corner and lady was walking towards me. She never said a word. She walked to a station other then the one I had my stuff at. Still not a word! So I moved down to where she was. She rang my purchases and said "heres your receipt" Seriously ? Worst customer service EVER! I will never go there again and will tell everyone I know not to go either! Would give a zero rating but wouldnt let me!

What a great store! They have more than just fabric, they also sell some really cute home decor and crafting items. They even offer classes to teach you how to sew, decorate cakes, knit, etc for a decent price. And the coupons, so many coupons! I rarely pay full price for anything. I buy snuggle flannel every season to make new throw pillows to match my holiday decor.

Lady at the cutting table was so rude. Rolled her eyes and talked bad to the other employee about us just because we werent 100% sure on the size. There was no line so we werent holding anyone up. Worst customer service Ive ever had there. No longer going there for my materials.

I shop here often and they will match competitors coupons which is fantastic and will even double coupons you can use more than one in the same transaction this place is fantastic for all your craft needs
