I recently purshased a Gas Buddy propane heater. The employee that helped me knew NOTHING about propane heaters but we stumbled nthrough it and I made the purchase. I also bought a hose and propane tank that I had filled. I get home and realize there is no regulator. I go back a few days later to purchase a regulator. I ask for some competent assistance and I am told Bill will help me. After standing at the propane heaters for a reasonable amount of time I ask the cashier again for some help. This time she tells me that Bill is unloading a truck and cant help me. What a wasted trip. I would have purchased the regulator the first time had I known I needed it. Im considering returning my entire purchase and buying everything somewhere else, even if it cost more. This store needs some talented help and someone to play manager on Sunday and Wednesdays. What a waste of my time. No stars here.

Incompetent staff offered a rain check for an item listed online as $25 and in select store only. This employee then never even placed the order and when I call to check on it, the actual price is supposedly $50. Do not trust the prices on their website, or that their employees will actually do what they say.

The store was understaffed. I came to pick up an order and there was no one available as there were only 2 in the store. To her credit, the woman at the register went back and got my order and apologized for the delay. Her customer service was excellent under the circumstances.

Staff absolutely lies to you and will overcharge you on rain checks. They also are not very trust worthy. I am currently dealing with corp tring to get my money back. I wouldnt recommend this store to my worst enemy

Love it here but they dont always have the rabbit feed inventory sufficient and I dont like to substitute feed.

Dogs are welcome. Best prices in the area on Diamond Naturals dog food. Helpful employees.
