Customer Service sucks!! I would never recommend this store to anyone. My phone went black and the manager Keisha sent me to Norfolk Apple which was a waste of time and money when she couldve helped me right then and there. Now money for a toll. A huge run around. Awful customer service and she was rude. She never returned my call so I can inform her not to send any customers out there for future endeavors. Its completely out of the way. I will go out of my city to get better customer service. Sometimes you have to go the extra mile to help the customers. Lazy!! I will never go again!!!

These are the nicest customer service people I have experienced. They fix my problem every time I go in there. Even the the most complicated situation is resolved with courtesy and care. I will never go anywhere else. I travel out of state just to deal with Keisha Lopez. She is hands down the best manager.

Awesome customer service. I have 2 phones with this business. Everytime I have had problems, they have always resoved them no questions asked. Family members have also joined and have no problems. Thank you Sprint for your awsome customer service in keeping such a good customer report going!!!

Biggest mistake ever,terrible way to represent sprint,absolute worst management of a retail store i think ive ever seen.the store manager will tell u what u wanna hear but really dont give a $#%@ to follow through with anything really...stay away from this location.
