The manager at this location has a bad attitude and is rude to young black people. I went in looking for a item that I was told they have there (after going to 4 other stores). I saw one of the items I needed on the shelf so I asked a cashier if there is any way someone could check to see if they have more and the cashier stated that they just got a shipment in. So she asked the other cashier and I was told that there was just a shipment of 5000 items and there were already items back there and that they can take me back there so I could see. To me that was unprofessional. The better response would have been that she can check but she is not sure if they do. I expected the same treatment she gave the elderly white lady that asked for help. I did not have her check because good customer service is better than saving a dollar. Im always treated good when I go into Michaels.
