On 9.22.14, I drove 25 miles from home for special trip the Patterson Avenue Sprint store to purchase a new smartphone. I’m a firm believer in brand loyalty especially having purchased two smartphones from this location and having repair service performed once - all with excellent results. Not so this time. After waiting 45 minutes for someone to help me and having one employee apologize for the unusual wait, I was told I wasn’t registered in their system for service since I hadn’t been signed-in for service upon entering the store. Nowhere in the store is this policy posted and the trainee whose job was to greet and direct customers never said word one to me when I came into the store. Upon learning that I would need to sign-in and continuing waiting, I informed the in-store customer service person that my 6-year relationship with their store was history and that I would contact the Sprint directly which I did. Sprint on-phone support took my call, the excellent customer service person apologized profusely, contacted the store and verified and reported the incident. I was given a 20.00 reduction off my next bill to cover my inconvenience which I appreciated. My purpose for callingl was to inform them that the store personal were damaging the Sprint brand with their "so what" attitude. I will continue my relationship with Sprint proper but I will never set foot in the Patterson Avenue store again. Perhaps the worst customer service Ive ever encountered anywhere. If there was a lesser star-rating available than "1" I would have selected it.

I hate this location but I had a great experience with a sales rep by the name of Aaron Dow. Although the store was very busy he tried to assist and everyone and we ran into a glitch and he is still continuing to assist with a problem that occurred while backing up my old phone. They do need more people staffed later in the evening or designated people for sales and service issues. There were about 10 people in the store and some of us were experiencing phone issues while others were getting new phones. Aaron was awesome, but I still would never go to this location unless it was specifically to deal with him.

I went to this store because the charging port on my Galaxy SIII is damaged so it doesnt charge. Yes the employees were very nice and made me feel comfortable BUT after leaving them my phone & having to find something to do in GHETTO PIKESVILLE for 3 hours, all they did was give me a new battery. I told them that wasnt the problem and I was then told I would have to come back another day because they were getting ready to close. So now I have to find time to go back which will probably be next Saturday so I have to go a whole week without a phone. this is some bull#!

Recently made a visit to this location. We were expecting a rough transition with some phone lines, new lines, etc. The reps we had were amazing! Not only did they know exactly what to do after we explained (only one time) what we wanted to do, their personalities made our time there pleasant. I knew their names before I left, but my mind isnt helping me out right now... I remember Ms B, a lady with very pretty skin ;-), and Mike (who briefed us on what was needed two days prior.) Excellent service!

There are no words to describe the ineptitude of this store. Typical slow motion, don;t give a crap attitude you find in the city. If you arent black, they have open contempt for you. You are bothering them. They prefer to do nothing, Tried to activate my new phone and by the time they were done, it was locked out. They wouldnt even call Sprint and resolve it. Said I had to . I have 6 lines with sprint, and they acted like my time was as worthless as theirs.

Understaffed! I went in after work and the place was busy but only had 2 EMPLOYEES!! I came in for a simple issue and was met with resistance from Darryl and Chris Roney. Darryl claimed they were having computer problems. My question is this, how do you sell technology but dont have working technology!?!?!

Will never go back. They tell you all the things they dont do if they cant fix it even with insurance. Get Bestbuy insurance. No hastle they just replace. With no deductables. Less problems at sprint stores outside the city. Hint!!

Customer Service was horrible!! I waited over an hour for someone to help me and when I finally got help it was from a "manager" named Halle Stater who was very nasty and rude. I would never recommend this location to anyone!
