Beware of JC Penneys so called sales. Whether you buy one or two for one, JC Penneys prices have been significantly marked up. The way JC Penney is presenting products like theyre on sale is a straight con artist move. JC Penney has taken a bet that they are smarter than the average consumer. When are these companies going to learn that they lose business when theyre dishonest. When you attempt to hide information from me, I feel disrespected and I dont want to spend my hard earned dollars in your store.

Typical JCPenny, friendly service. Organized floors, decent products. No problems here. I tried buying a bra for my friends lingerie but theyre too pricey because only a few of them were in her size 34D or 34DD. Go to aerie instead since they cater to a younger women audience.

Talia is a horrible hairdresser. My highlights look like uneven zebra stripes. When I complained she told me the glaze will fix it. Now I have to go to another salon and dye my hair back dark bc she ruined my hair! Thanks for a crappy job
