Its on the Inner Harbor and usually has really long lines. The clothing isnt bad, but it is H&M, so most stuff is frayed and probably wont last very long, but thats why I go there. Because its low cost and looks nice. I had difficulty with customer service, the lines were very long at nearly all times of the day, and they often only have one register going. When I tried to return a bathing suit I was denied because it looked worn when I had never worn it. I showed them a new bathing suit that had the same wear on it and they offered to give me a discount on that one instead of allowing me to return and exchange the old one. They treated me very badly, as if I was lying about not wearing it, referring to what I said as a "story", and even when I called customer service I was treated badly as well. I will never go to that H&M again. I filed a complain with the BBB, hoping for a verdict soon. But nobody should ever have to be treated like a liar by salespeople. My advice, dont buy anything if youre not sure you want to keep it, because they will probably try to find any excuse not to accept it.

I bought a pair of jeans on a Friday with the help of the manager. I needed the jeans to start my new job Monday. Monday came and when I put the jeans on I noticed that they were dirty at the bottom and worn like many people had tried them on and the material at the bottom was so cheap that they almost looked worn out (this was my first time putting them on). So, I went back and spoke to the manager who had helped me on Friday and long story short he wouldnt allow me to return never worn before jeans with every tag still on it and the receipt. I did not ask for my money back, I simply asked for an exchange. Never felt more disrespected in my life. $30 for those jeans. So I had to spend another like $20 SOMEWHERE ELSE to get jeans for my new job. $50 poorer lol. I refuse to shop at H&M. I just dont feel comfortable.

Went to get some swimwear with my girlfriend for our stay in Baltimore. I was at the register. My girlfriend went back to the isle to look for a pair of slippers. Before my gf could make it 5 feet from the counter and come back the girl cashing me out got anxious and started calling her coworker to "Check out the front." When my gf came back, the cashier told her co worker "Nevermind, thought she went right through the door." Naturally, she didnt realize she was my gf until she came back to me and we cashed out together. Regardless, this was incredibly nasty and unprofessional. And this particular worker needs to be sent to school on discretion. Were from NYC, and not once have I ever seen behavior like this in any of their retail stores.

Last time when I went to this place, I was really pissed off by the guy working at the fitting room. I picked out two dresses, and when I walked to the fitting room and tried to put them on, I was stoped by the guy and told that "our store is going to be closed in 3 mins and you cant go inside". He also said you can still buy the dresses, but you just cant try them on. Its obvious that I only had two dresses, and its not gonna take more than 5 mins to try them on! But the past annoyed me the most is his attitude, he is a white young man and he is just literally really rude! It just seems like he doesnt care about one single customer. Anyways, I will never come back again!

I am a big H&M fan, unfortunately for the longest time this has been the closest location to where I live. I dont know if its due to demographics, or just poor management but this particular location has pretty terrible employees, there is never enough registers open, they are very slow and the worst of all is that not all garments are available at this location. So if you are like me and find something in the catalog that you want, you may not find it there. Bottom line - if you can go to another one - do that. Im still a fan of the brand, just not that particular store.

A good, big H&M, but it can get crowded and chaotic very easily. Racks are close together, so browsing in pairs can be tough. There is an elevator, but the entire cramped layout would make it pretty hard to navigate for wheelchair or crutch users.

Store hours said they opened at 11 on Sunday. At 11:48 Sunday morning, they still werent open. There was no notice or anything posted about the delay. Unreliable, and youre better off going to a store that cares about their customers.
