i have gone there for years. when i was a kid my grandmother used to walk me up to pratt street & i was amazed at it all. when they closed i thought that would only live in my memories. totally by accident, i found them in brooklyn! i always found that their clothes are cheaper then good will, much more selection & organization than other thrift stores. moved away but its still very worth the drive~ headin out now :) c.willison

If I could give 0 stars I would. The place is a mess. Doesnt look like anyone ever clean the place. The store smells like old moldy clothes. My son wanted to buy a book so we looked for a line. So standing at the register for more then five minutes just to be told that the reg. Line is completely on the other side of the store without a sign. Guess you need to be a mind reading to find it.

One time they sold me broke curling iron that didnt work and when I took it back to exchange it they did I could get another one and the other ones were broke as well. I was literally burnted. I didnt ship there for a while, but they always have a great selection, I had to come back lol

Came here on 4th of July when they had 50 % off everything, lines were ridiculous and they were out of shopping carts too. Prices aregood here but there is not much of a good stiff tho, for example in other location that i went it was little better.

Away from value village. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. They like to use sarcasm with customers on their microphone for no reason, then turn around and laugh with their co-workers about what they have done just to get peoples attention.

Cashier refused to answer (or even acknowledge) question about a sale, said not to touch the merchandise when we tried to remove items from our purchase, then openly trash talked about the experience to other employees. Unprofessional and rude.

This is a really nice place to shop for bargins. Its large and set up so its easy to sort through everything. Very large clothing all in good condition at an affordable price. Great friendly service. My number 1 favorite place to shop.

The employees here are very rude. Especially the fitting room attendants. The rooms were unkept and full of others discarded clothes. If not for the variety and convenience of locations i would not recommend.
