My salesman, YOSEPH W, was the BEST!!!! He was understanding of my wants and needs and exceeded my expectations! He was able to get me into the phone that I wanted THAT day (because we all know nobody likes to wait for a new phone.) The problem for me was that I wanted the iPhone 7, but it would take a week to be shipped to the store and of course I wanted a new phone that day. (Call me impatient, I know.) So Yoseph gave me the iPhone 6s in the meantime for the first month, and when I pay my first bill I will get to upgrade to the iPhone 7 right away! :) I was extraordinarily happy with that solution! Especially since I am switching from a Galaxy to an iPhone, so having the 6s gives me time to get used to iOS before i get the 7. I got the phone, plan, and insurance that I wanted at a great price. I am so happy I switched from a prepaid plan to Sprint; there are many benefits that Sprint has that prepaid did not. Examples are: 1. I have much greater coverage and quality service. I never used to get phone service at my house, (i live in a rural area...Duncannon, PA) I would miss out on so many calls and texts, but now I have perfect service :) 2. I am able to lease and pay monthly for a phone. Prepaid required full retail price upfront (I definitely couldnt afford that all at once.) 3. I am eligible to upgrade to the newest iPhone every 12 months, called the "iPhone Forever Plan." Which means I can pay the amount that is due of the current phone and own it and still upgrade... or I can turn it in and upgrade. Either way I will get the newest iPhone. This may not mean much to others, but Im young and enjoy technology and experiencing the advances. And I just get excited getting a new phone, period. :D 4. And last but certainly not least, I now have phone insurance (A NO BRAINER! DO NOT DECLINE THIS!) This is new to me because it was not offered with my prepaid carrier. So if something happens to my iPhone I will pay a small fee for it to be fixed/replaced in comparison to having to pay full retail price to replace it without insurance. All in all, I am a 100% satisfied Sprint customer!!! I LOVE my iPhone!! And my salesman Yoseph W. kicked butt!!! Thanks Yoseph!!!!!!! Oh and I have to mention that he gave me some very AWESOME deals and discounts which I am utterly grateful for!

I have the store 5 stars because the customer service that I get at the store is wonderful. Torrey, and Marty are wonderful wonderful employees that want to make sure that they take care of every problem that us customers have. I do not like going to any of the other stores because the customer service is horrible but this store they are kind, helpful, and want to make sure they take care of your problems that you have.... thank you Torrey and Marty for being so kind and helpful when I come into your store......
