A few weeks ago, on Aug 22, I had a problem with my cell phone, I was told by the Verizon store that this location will be able to fix your phone sometimes. The problem was I was supposed to drive a couple states away that day (needed my GPS on my phone) and catch a flight the next morning, and I needed my phone fixed right away. I unfortunately do not remember the gentlemans name, but he was very helpful, he didnt have the available parts in the store to fix my phone, but he understood my situation and called ALL over creation to find a location en route to my destination that might be able to fix my phone. Unfortunately we didnt have any luck finding anywhere, but, he was very helpful and didnt blow me off after he couldnt correct the problem. I really appreciated his assistance and persistence in trying to remedy the problem. Because of this, I WILL be using this place for any future needs that might fall into their profession. Thanks guys.

I AM A EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER! AND I WILL RETURN AND TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT Batteries & Bulbs. The two gentlemen at working at the Store Saturday July 22nd, are 1st class customer service individuals. They have what I would call EXTREME knowledge in their field and went way above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy this customer. Thanks to Michael Yeboah and Alvin (Al) Williams, they simply made my day go from horrible to fantastic. They are experts in their fields of customer service and overall product knowledge, and I will frequent their store regularly thanks to their Extreme help. I did not even know this store existed, but while I was searching for repair options for my iphone screen, this place popped up. It has the best prices I could find for screen replacement. I talked to Will, a store manager, and he was careful to not over commit, but thought he could get it all fixed in one day. I dropped it off at 1030a, and got an email saying it was fixed at 1pm - great turn around time! You may not be able to get yours fixed that fast, it depends on their load, but from what I saw, they will be straight with you. The phone looks new, so what can I say. The store concept is interesting - it kinda looks like some version of a radio shack, but focused on batteries (including lawn mower size) and all kinds of light bulbs - and brilliant to add device repair.

I came here looking for LED light bulbs for my place and I was pleasantly pleased with the help that I received. Will Collins and the staff was very knowledgeable of not just the LED bulbs but of everything in the store from the new key cutting system to the PC battery that he helped me find for my daughters PC, to the lithium batteries for my motorcycles and that was just a fraction of all of the items in this store. I say all of this to say that if you need a battery or bulb for just about whatever gadget theyll probably have it. Plus, youll have plenty of knowledgeable staff to help you. Oh!! I forgot to add that they were very nice, professional, and respectful.

I ordered it online they call me the very same morning to let me know about the battery that I ordered was not longer stocked but that they will give me a premium battery for just a little more money however the discounted an extra 10%. When I arrived a guy name Mike took care of everything, this guy was amazing his customer service was superb and when I say he went above and beyond he went above and beyond I couldve swore this was his personal store the way he was treating me . He made sure that if I ever need another battery again I will not go anywhere else but this place again thank you for the excellent service battery plus you made me a customer for life.

I went to batteries plus bulbs in reistertown because I needed i keys programmed. Mike did an awesome job. Afterwords the car would not start, Mike came out and tried charging the batteries but it did not work, we then had to purchase a new battery. Mike took his time to figure out what was wrong, he explained everything to my husband and I with detail. I was extremely pleased with his work, professionalism, patience and attention to detail. Mike deserves a raise/promotion!!! Great job and thank you!

AMAZING. From the friendly service over the phone to leaving the store - the entire experience was amazing. Its rare that companies and staff care about customer experience - but Mike (Im assuming was his name) went above and beyond. He tested my battery, starter and alternator and replaced my battery - and charged me only after everything was working again. I will be back for any battery needs and will definitely spread the word. Thank you for everything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My phone was having multiple problems and I went to Batteries Plus Bulbs after them trying multiple things Mike got to the root of the problem. He was very nice and friendly, and tried everything he could to fix my phone. When all was said and done he gave me a charger to guarantee my phone would work. After this experience and many others with Mike helping me, I will always go back and ask for mike!

What a wonderful experience. I needed my iPhone 5c screen repaired. The screen was so shattered that nothing was visible. Within 30mins they replaced the screen and that is how Im able to submit this awesome review. Customer service here is excellent! I broke my phone on a field trip and came home to have it repaired for a good price in under an hour. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. He even made helpful product suggestions for my upcoming travel. After a rough day this could not have been a better experience!

I shattered my phone screen this afternoon and called this place about 10 minutes after it happened. They were very helpful on the phone and told me they could take care of it today. I drove over and within 15 minutes it was as good as new. Great customer service and reasonable price for it. Highly recommend.

Quick. helpful service when we needed a phone screen replaced. They have discounts available if you make an appointment and perform the work quickly and efficiently. They have a knowledgeable staff who can answer all questions too. Cost to replace an iphone 7 screen was only $120.
