Hit and miss so Score from me is a one for the "USED CAR" salesman act they do to US, their customers. After research and knowing what I need or want so I can make a fast trip in / out of the store. I ask for what I want, they go to the back to retrieve it come out with a basket of UP-Sell merchandise, which is okay to try and sell, make a living, but not okay to distract you, push un-necessary items onto you, worst of all is they say "Lets put this on the monthly payment plan so you dont have to come out of pocket today of money, this is better for you" Buls**T! You end up paying fullprice or nearly full price as a new plan deal, instead of being billed for the 2 yr plan price. Example iPhone 7plus, 2 yr price is $419. Lets make a payment best for you, the Buls**t Price! is Full price of over $800!! They distract you from seeing the big picture. They cant get me anymore, I wont let go of my money like that, I seen it early and stopped it fast. I have 17 lines thru my company, and the last 4 visits I have felt taken advantage of, well acturally I had been on an ipad! I go thru the Verizon web or call them directly, Phone purchase is NOT COMMISSION, store purchase is COMMISSION SALES-ALSO REWARDS of some kind TO SALES CLERK TO PULL EXISTING CUSTOMER WHO ARE GRANDFATHERED IN THE UNLIMITED DATA PLANS AWAY FROM THAT AND ON A GB PLAN OF SOME KIND. Cant trust these people. I am very disappointed, I have been dealing with this Shops of Waldorf Verizon in front of Festival Way for at least 8 yrs or more and the last 4 trips have been horrible!! TRUST ME! CALL 611 FROM YOUR CELL AND TALK TO A TRUE NON-COMMISSIONED SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. The dishonest, used care salesman act is enough to make me want to change providers. They will take calls while helping you, and or just simple make it to where you spend 1,2 and in my case 3 hours getting equipment so they can distract and bog you down to exhaustion for a sale!! The staff wasnt very knowledgeable..assumed instead of asking and when I was talking did not listen. And the whole iphone vs android argument is overrated already. I own both. Sell me what I ask for or what I need. Im leaving out loads of detail, but dont expect help unless you are completely clueless or have a simple issue. More than 1 person helped me. I was told itunes will not save your password when you back up your phone.untrue. I was told itunes is the same as verizon back up. very untrue. All I wanted to do was restore my new android phone from a backup of my old android phone. same model. Should have been simple. They couldnt tell me how to use verizon back up assistant, what it does etc. I am on edge. Said I was on edge and my phone will be paid off next month. The staff said I would have to pay a restocking fee if I try to edge up. He admitted he was wrong for assuming and sent someone over to sign me up for edge....Im so frustrated. This is not the whole story, but dont expect much unless you just want to purchase and you know exactly what you want to purchase. Im so disappointed and offended The female staff told me if I lose an iphone the data is just lost also...it cant be replaced....lies. Thats what the itunes backups are for. Im so disgusted.

The salespeople at this store are pushy and dishonest. I went in to buy an Iphone 4, the cheapest model, and they told me there was no way I could get one, they were out of them everywhere. I ended up buying the more expensive 4S for $100 more. Got home, turns out the model I wanted is available on the verizon website, at the apple store....everywhere, at the price I wanted. They literally lied through their teeth at this store to get whatever extra commission they get from selling $100 more worth of product. In addition, they kept pushing me to buy their ridiculously overpriced accessories. I dont need a $30 cell phone cover when I can buy one online for ten bucks. Go elsewhere or order your phone online.

I had to go in twice about a purchase I made. The first time, I asked for the manager and instead dealt with an associate that talked to me like a child and told me to come in the next day to talk to the associate that sold me the iPad. I came in and asked for the manager who in no uncertain terms basically told me he believed his associate and not me and that there is nothing he could do for me. These guys have no understanding of lifetime customer value. Been with Verizon and Verizon Wireless for 10 years. Im done with Verzion. Direct TV and T-Mobile here we come.

Customer service is the poorest I have seen anywhere. If these folks were working on commission you would never know it. No sense of urgency to help a customer or make a sale. They are arrogant and very rude.For al the competition in the cell phone field you would think Verizon make sure their stores are top notch. I hate having to go to this store for anything. If ATT and TMobile had better range i would have been gone long ago. Oh I forgot my favorite is watching the associates on personal phones instead of helping customers....

The WORST! THE WORST VERIZON STORE EVER!!!!!!!!!! Customer service is terrible, the wait to see a sales associate is pathetic... Noone wants to help customers.. I will never spend a penny in there AGAIN! WORST VERIZON IN WALDORF!!!! DO NOT GO IF YOU VALUE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you want to go to a GREAT VERIZON STORE, VISIT GOWIRELESS IN BRANDYWINE, MD!!!!!! No long lines, wonderful customer service, and will have you leave happy! :)

Terribly rude service from both the rep and the manager. I ended up calling Verizon corporate afterwards and confirmed that the store was indeed capable of making the transfer I requested. Ended up getting the transfer done over the phone, but this store needs an adjustment to their service. Im familiar with Verizon store capabilities and its frustrating when they claim they refuse to make a transfer of a line when in fact they can.

I dont care what day of the week you go into the store they are super slow. Waiting to see a representative is ridiculous, you can no longer see where you are in line and the number of employees standing around doing nothing is staggering. Terrible customers service

I waited for 45 minutes, no service! I wanted to buy an expensive new phone and a case. Unfortunately, no one wanted to take my money. Glad to know to they help customers who cant pay their bills instead of customers with money to spend.

Went to pick up my phone I bought over the phone. Showed up and someone went back to get it. Waited 20 mins before someone noticed I was still waiting. Turns out the person getting my phone took a phone call. Very unprofessional.

They need another Verzion Service Center!! Not the Outlet or Fake Dealer storers (diamond) Copy , prime outlets etc. But actually Just Verizon Store. The wait is horrible 2hrs just to return a phone.
