Ive purchased all of my phones from this store. Joe is a good salesmen for the most part. I purchased a phone yesterday with a case and about 5 hours later I dropped the phone with the case on it and the screen shattered completely. I called the store to inquire about any warranty and hoped that I could be led in the right direction due to the fact that I hadnt even had the phone over night. Joe wasnt of any help. He stated that there was nothing he could do. He had no sympathy and when I asked to speak with the manager he stated that he was the manager. I asked for the owner of the store and he stated that the owner was over seas. I would not recommend going to this store if you are having a problem with your phone. Joe did not work to fix my problem, instead he gave me a customer service number that I could have gotten myself from google.

Worst store to go to, going to Clinton boost mobile or st. Charles mall is way more worth it then this horrible location, you never get any feedback when asking a question to the only guy that works there and when you do ask him something he sounds like he has a attitude. Know body has time for service like that.

Boost attendant was preoccupied with his web browsing and provided incomplete customer service. My phone still still cant make international calls.
