Customer service was really good when I visited the store. Both employees were able to answer all of the questions I had and made sure my phone plan was up and running before I left the store. There was an issue with data and they both worked on it until the problem was resolved.

While I was in the middle of being serviced the worker took another client & disregarded my presence. Totally unprofessional. I had to go to the cricket by iverson mall. Much better might I add.
