My experience WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I WAS LIED TO ABOUT THE QUALITY OF A PHONE"THE KYROCERA HYDRO WAVE" TO BE EXACT. THE PHONE WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I WENT TO THE STORE TO TRY TO TROUBLESHOOT OR RETURN THE PHONE " WITH IN THE 14 DAYS AND THE PHONE WAS TROUBLE SHOT BY CUSTOMER SERVICE. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THAT THE PHONE WAS DEFECTIVE AND THAT THEY COULD SEND ME A NEW ONE OR THEY CAN PUT IN MY NOTES TO WAVE THE FEE OF THE $50 RESTOCKING FEE IF I WANTED TO RETURN IT. THE STORE ASSISTANT MANAGER DID NOTHING TO TRY TO HELP ME. SHE SAID THAT THE ONLY PERSON THAT COULD WAVE THE FEE IS THE STORE MANAGER AND THAT SHE NEW FOR A FACT THAT HE WOULD NOT DO IT. SO WHY WOULDNT ANYONE TRY TO ACCOMMODATE ME IF I DID NOTHING WRONG. WHY WOULD I PAY FIFTY DOLLARS IF THE PHONE WAS FAULTY... SO ON THAT NOTE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND I AM STUCK WITH THIS HORRIBLE PHONE.

I would not recommend anyone to ever get Tmobile! Tmobile put themselves out their to be the best with the lowest price (Not True). I was quoted a price of $145.00 for two lines a month with unlimited everything. My sales person told me that my first bill would be the highest which was $204.00! I get the bill for this month and its $224.08?! Really? I call them and its a bunch of bs and the run around. Tmobile is not a good phone company to be with at all. I should have been left them. I never write reviews on anyone but please save your self some money and never go to Tmobile! They are always trying to get extra money out of their customers!
