This is the worst Verizon store I ever been. I was a loyalty Verizon customer for more then 7years.. When one day I decide to take advantage of the promotion where you trade your old phone and get $300 on the purchase of a new phone, I try to add my wife new line with my.. So when I first enter the store note that there where more people there that day that before.. After talked to one of the Verizon seller and manager of the store and chose the phone that I want.. They ask me if I what to buy any accessories I denied then buying any cause Verizon price on screen protector or accessories to high.. When I came from my car to give the phone and explained to used the $300 on the purchase of the new phone they told me that they where going to give me the accessories free.. So I Took them.. After wait for more then 1hour so they can get the phone activated I run out cause I was going late to work and find out that my phone is not receive/or transmit any calls.. It took me all afternoon calling customer service to get my phone working again.. After got my phone working and check my Verizon bill online found that the $300 of the trade show only 200 and there is a charge on 100 for accessories that I didnt authorize..when to the store next day talk to manager George Williams who after explain what happened told me that my phone that trade is gone and he can give my money back.. I said yes.. After 2weeks today I when and talk to manager of the store George Williams to find out that he didnt said that And I can get my phone or money back, how you lie on your own customer..? Also that day I when he said those guys that help me are not from the store there doing training.. Im very disappoint with Verizon what they did to me is illegal,to charge accessories that I didnt want it.. No more Verizon ..

I have visited this location several times and I feel that the customer service is the worst. I went in yesterday regarding the recall on my Galaxy Note 7 and when going into the store the rep that helped me was plesent but I feel that he did not try and find out all the options to get me a replacement phone. When I left and came back that same day while talking to customer relations the manager said that whatever customer relations said we could do in the store we cannot but customer relations was doing it. Then when it came to looking for a new device the geltmen at the counter was no help and he basically looked at me in a few words like pick a phone and come on. He was not pleasant and was mad that customer relations helped fixed my issue. That location has never had good service and I try to avoid it at all cost. They are always trying to rush you out of the store without really trying to fix your problem and make sure the customer is happy... They all need retraining in customer service. I have been in that field for 11 years and its bad at that location....

Waited 40 minutes for service, they didnt enter my name in their wait list correctly, so I ended up waiting until people who came in after me to be assisted. No apology, no courtesy, and they didnt seem to understand I wanted to get a new phone, not upgrade an existing one. I tried to explain it 3 times, each time they told me I wasnt eligible for upgrade, and they couldnt understand I wanted a new phone on a new line in addition to what I already had. Avoid this place at all costs.

The customer service is not that great, nor is Verizon performance over all. Expected more from a company thats been around for years. Cant wait to pay off our phones and switch to another carrier. Verizon is very expensive and doesnt have unlimited internet not a good value for the price. not sure but T mobile maybe better

Had us waiting for over 30 minutes because one associate didnt want to do an AOL. After going to a different associate, she couldnt do the AOL because the system wouldnt let her. This took another 15 minutes to figure out before she finally told us she couldnt do it. -.-
