I just wanted to give a heads up to Abe here at the White Street store in York, PA absolutely wonderful service. not only now but when I signed on about a month and a half ago and just left Verizon. I love my lg g4 and I needed some help with getting some money from my old phone and when I was doing it online it didnt show the amount that I thought I was going to get and I came in and took care of it. made a couple calls and I am now going to get a new text message with the new code and be able to get the $200 that I I thought it was going to get! so just wanted to give kudos to this young man and the store thank you

I stopped by Verizon on White St. in York, Pa. on Aug. 28 because my phone was not working properly and Brittany Arbogast explained to me to my phone had pretty much seen its last days but she was able to temporarily get it working until I could get a new phone but no guarantees. I stopped by Tuesday because I had gotten another phone which she programmed for me and again she went out of her way to help me and she was very kind to my small children, that alone means a lot to me. Thank you Brittany, I will be bringing my busy back to you in the future.

Brittany from the White St, York PA office was fabulous! She was extremely helpful and pleasant and really knows her stuff. Best Cellular Experience Ever! Ariel Rosenblatt at the White Street store is exceptional. She was patient, understanding , and took care of my known needs as well as those I didnt recognize. Keep this one, Verizon Wireless, and treat her well! The store is great, too. Gone are the days of standing in line at the mall waiting for rations of sweaty, rushed customer service.

I highly recommend Cellular Sales of York if youre in the market for a new cell phone. My sales associate Abe, was able to answer all of my questions and provided me with excellent customer service. Very poor customer service. I waited, and am still waiting for 40 minutes... 3 staff members on duty, all with customers. Noone acknowleged me coming in, or have said a word to me since.8 couples have come and gone since ive been here waiting, because the wait is soooo long!!!
