Worst service ever. Buyer Beware! I spent all weekend trying to sort out an Internet order which I had set up for pick up from this particular store. The store was unable to see the order and I ended up spending hours on the phone and in the store trying to pick up a promotional item, a smart watch. The staff were neither knowledgeable nor helpful. FYI if your order starts with a 21- the staff cannot help you or even see your order. It wouldve been nice if someone there wouldve known this before they wasted my time. I finally sorted out the order on Sunday and went in to pick up my item. The first thing they did was cancel my order because it wouldve "messed up my promotional data plan." The free watch that they were advertising ended up costing $475.80 when you figure out the $10 connection fee, $7.95 per month insurance plus the $45 activation fee. I had specifically asked what the return policy was and no mention was made of a restocking fee until I went to return the item which didnt meet my needs. Then all of a sudden there was a $43.95 restocking fee... when I attempted to discuss waiving the fee I got tag teamed by three of the workers. Oh and by the way if you dont return it within three days the activation fee is nonrefundable. So I have free watch which didnt meet my needs and I returned and it up costing $88.95! Dont disagree or you will be tag-teamed by staff and manager.

They have some good people there and touted about how great their service is. When the commercial rep called us to introduce himself, his personal AT&T mobile phone kept dropping out while trying to sell our company on his services and he litterly said this always happens to him at his home in Lancaster. They offered us some temp phones after the 4th so we can give it a try. Maybe he lives down in a gaully somewhere. I will update my rating if things turn positive.

I had this company at one time and had lousy service. Friends of mine used AT&T up in northern Pennsylvania and cannot connect at all. Im with Verizon that covers the whole once tire state of Pennsylvania and the country. Who would want lousy service with this company.

Should be a zero. Waited and waited when it eas my turn, they were asking others if it was their turn knowing I got there first. Later, I was told I needed to wait for the supervisor. She looked at me amd told me it would be 15 minutes to speak with her.

Save yourself a headache and stay away. The staff dont know the policies and the manager (Ninette Sunday) will lie to your face and run you around for some unknown reason or purpose.
