Fast service during lunch time is awesome. I got my charger and paid my bill and i disnt know i was eleigible for a phone upgrade, pretty neat. I was still able to seat down and eat and make it back to my office in time. The young lady was very nice and acknowledge me before I even entered the store. Cool place and polite people. I will be going back for my upgrade. We live in very disturbed world unfortunately at this time and some people dont understand the sense of being human. Tolerating the public to be specific is a heavy task after all, for a person writing a review of negativity then for it to be lengthy its obviously a person of no morales, inner respect and no education. God bless America

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECIEVED AT A METROPCS! It is 11/4/2015, originally arrived at this location and there was a sign that said be back in 15 minutes. A little annoying, but understandable, people need breaks. I really need a replacement battery so I wait. AN HOUR LATER this latino girl holding a bag of chipotle and yapping on her phone opens the door. And then, SHE DOESNT EVEN GET OFF HER PHONE TO HELP ME!!! I have to interrupt her ever-important call to have her rudely tell me they dont sell batteries at that location. I am a fan of metropcs but whoever is running this location needs to shape up.
