THIS REPAIR SHOP IS A KEEPER! GO NOWHERE ELSE. I had a button stop working on my iPhone 5 and when I took the Otter case off I noticed that the back cover of the phone was pushed up a little on one side. I looked up "cell phone repair columbia md" and came across the excellent reviews of iFix Cell Phone Repair. I immediately called and went there. Upon inspection the button problem was confirmed and when Tae took the back off to see what was causing the case to push open he found a bulging battery. BOTTOM LINE: He gave me a price and told me to come back in an hour and hed have the battery replaced and the button fixed. An hour later the job was done and at a reasonable price. I cant say enough about how nice I was treated and how knowledgeable and efficient Tae was. He also does more than fix cell phones. Call him.

Wow! I had 2 iPads and one iPhone with shattered screens. And I do mean shattered, not just cracked! 4 kids are rough on electronics...Tae fixed all 3 quickly and for a VERY reasonable price. I couldnt believe he was able to fix one of the iPads. It was dropped and the screen was shattered all the way to the home button (pieces of glass had even broken off where you could see INSIDE the iPad) and we still used it like that for over TWO YEARS because I didnt think it was fixable. Not only was Tae able to fix it, but it was ready the SAME DAY! Absolutely the best customer service. My kids are so happy their electronics are fixed and my wallet is happy that it didnt cost a fortune. Highly recommend Tae if you are in need to cell phone or tablet repair!!

I brought my ps4 into iFix Jesup location. First time using this locations services, and had a positive experience. I delt with Tae who was very knowledgeable about the Ps4 and its issues. Sony screwed with the quality of the HDMI ports, and mine was broken. Tae showed me why it was broken, and that it is a common issue. They had several other PS4s in the shop with the same issue. I received my ps4 fixed in less than 24 hours. Service was friendly, and overall, I would recommend iFix for anyone elses PS4 issues.

Tae was GREAT!!!! My iPhone 5 had a broken inner screen. I didnt even know it had an inner screen. I looked at a lot of repair places online but choose iFix because it had outstanding reviews. I took my phone in and made plans to pick it up in a couple of hours after work. I went back to get the phone. He fixed the screen and replaced a damaged battery for a very reasonable price. My iPhone 5 is a hand-me-down and after Tae, it works like new! The outstanding reviews were not an exaggeration.

I was recommended by my friend to try this place out and the customer service was the best! I needed a new battery in my iPhone 6 and Tae swapped it out in 15 minutes and my phone works like new again. Besides the fixing of the phone, there were many awesome video games to choose from, which I also picked up for a great deal. This is the best repair/game store Ive been too. Highly recommend!

If you have broken screen on your phone or ipod, or damage the device, dont worry. Take it to Tae @ IFix. He is knowledgeable, courteous and very honest. Did I mention reasonable too....!!! Guarantee you will not be disappointed. You will definitely receive 5-Star service and most probably will get your device fixed in a day or two.

The owner helped me look up my warranty, I didnt realize I had the 2 year extended warranty and may be able to get my issue fixed by Apple for free. The price quoted for repair is reasonable, the store is clean, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I will bring my devices here first for repairs.

I took my iPhone 6 to iFix because of charging port and battery issues, and it was fixed in an hour and ready for pickup! I was given 2 weeks to try out my new battery and was told I could bring it back if it didnt work. I highly recommend this business for their excellent customer service!

Great experience! The screen covering the rear camera of my Samsung Galaxy somehow shattered and they were able to fix it in under an hour for cheaper than everyone else I called. Quality work and technician was polite, professional, speedy, and proficient. Would highly recommend to others.

Went there for PS4 HDMI port repair. Owner is a really nice guy and has great customer service. He was forthright in telling me that 10% of the time the repair doesnt work. Unfortunately thats what happened in my case, so I had to send it to Sony for replacement which cost $99.
