This place was great. i went there with some phone problems. they tried to fix the problems without even trying to sell me something. then when it was very clear my phone wouldnt be fixed, they were very patient and knowledgable while i was tryin to decide which phone to get. the store is very nice and clean and smells great. plus they have a young hip staff that knows what they are talking about. the place is a little tough to find because its tucked away. but its right next to the ale house and accross from pei wei and h&r block. i used to go to the store off snowden, but i was always treated rudely and like a number there with no personal touch. this place is great and i thoroughly enjoyed my experience. i walked in angry and ready to quit verizon, i left laughing and happy with my new phone. definitely go here if you have verizon wireless needs

Good service at this location. The Manager was very understanding about a long wait (due to customers ahead of us) my wife and I had while trying to pick up our phones. They treated us very well, and offered a few additional discounts to make up for our time. The price was fair, and an itemized receipt was provided to us right away without having to request it. The rebate forms were filled out ahead of time, and the helpful staff went over each one line by line and explained the time it would take to receive the rebate. This is the second time my wife and I have been to this location to upgrade our phones, and we will upgrade again here in the future. Joel, and Mohammed were very helpful.

Incompetent Reps at this location, they lack proper training, they know very little about how their system works, what promotions they have available. we switched from att to verizon because they claimed to have a promotional credit 650$ after switched and signed contract we were told that the promotion had expired and we had to pay back . we had to switched from verizon to T-Mobil next day. thank God for T-mobil !! It took 10 minutes to do everything and we our bill was much lower than verizon, network is very stable and their promotion is real. at the risk of sounding like a tv ad ( WHY PAY MORE !!! )

I live 5 minutes walking distance from the corporate store in catonsville, but unless i absolutely NEED to go there, i much prefer this store. Everyone has always been courteous and polite to me, even when dealing with other customers. If youre a repeat customer, they treat you like family. Joe, Kate, Erica, Blake, and Erich are far more knowledgeable about hardware, software, plans, and (frankly) customer service than anyone Ive ever dealt with at the corporate store. One of the few Verizon locations that hasnt treated me like a pay day. Highly recommended, even if you have to go out of your way. Well worth it!

went here one time while waiting for my reservations at ale house. i normally go to the one off snowden but they are always very busy and offer poor customer service. i went in for a car charger. Steve was very helpful. he offered to check my account for a discount. it turns out there was an upgrade on my account which was great cuz my phone had been acting up. he also told me how i could save some money every month and get a mobile broadband. the whole staff was very knowledgable and very willing to help while he was busy. great experience. great service. definitely will be going here from now on

I was helped out by Josh Castro who helped me choose the best phone in my price range, the Galaxy S3. He was very kind and worked very hard to review our wireless plan so that way we get the most for what we are paying for. He activated my phone and transferred my information from my old phone. Josh also gave the pros and cons for each case I was looking. I ended up deciding on an otterbox defender for my phone as it provided the most protection. I give this store a 5 star review and the customer service is excellent. I tell all my friends to go here. Thanks Josh!

First of all, I did not have to wait forever, and then when I got service, the guy actually helped me save money.I was eligible for an upgrade and was considering the newest models, but after he asked me about that I used my phone for, he advised me that Id probably be happier with my current phone . He then reminded me to call Verizon if I did not upgrade because I would be eligible for a few bucks off my monthly bill. Ill go back here, because I feel there is someone who is knowledgeable, listens to my needs, and wont just try to get the most money out of me.

My girlfriend and I went in on 1/6/15 to switch over from Cricket, which wed had for quite awhile, but which recently began to suck. We had quite a few questions and it took a bit of time to get the info needed from Cricket in order to port our numbers to Verizon. Erich Heerdt was very patient and helpful. He answered all of our questions and gave us lots of solid advice. Next time I need to go to a wireless store, Ill definitely be heading back to this one. If Erich is representative of all of Verizon Wireless then we are in good hands indeed.

We bought a Jetpack Mifi and tried to get a 3 Gb prepaid plan on it. The problem there was to solve was that it is not possible to do this on the website because Verizon didnt accept our Dutch Visa Creditcard for payment. So we went back to the Verizon shop and Erich Heerdt was very helpfull to help us with this problem. It took a while but in the end everything worked well. Erich and the rest of the very nice crew, thanks for helping us.

Not upfront, terrible customer service. The the question was am I eligible for free phone?? the answer was yes you are youre due for free upgrade so free mean 0!! So I said give me the S8 Plus when we get to the counter I asked again is it for free? The answer is no you still have to pay for it in 24 months installment which is $36 a month so they should have mentioned that when I said it is for free to begin with. Thank you

definitely a very good experience. the staff was knowledgable and very eager to help without pressuring. they were all very friendly and kept us entertained while taking care of all the administrative stuff. i definitely suggested these guys to all my friends and even to strangers. will definitely be going here for all my verizon wireless needs from now on

This place is the best Verizon store Ive ever been to. I dont think I have ever had to wait on anyone to help me and they are extremely friendly. I had an issue with my rebate and they worked with me on many different occasions, even calling the rebate representative themselves on my behalf to get things straight. This is my go-to Verizon store.

They were extremely helpful in making sure that all my questions were answered and made sure that I had everything I needed before I left their store.
