HORRIBLE!!! Went in on the 20th to buy 2 phones. They didn’t have them in the store but the sales girl couldn’t figure out how to order them. Another associate had to step in. 2 days later I called to inquire in regards to my phones and I was told that they are very busy and cannot speak to me. The second phone call later in the day I was told that they are not FedEx. At that point I went there to get my refund. I refuse to pay my hard earned money to such a business. When I walked in one of the phones was there the second was not. I inquired as to why only 1 phone was ordered instead of 2 and to explain the receipt that reflects the full price of the phones and not promotional price. At that point a man who identified himself as Silk Grey started talking to me and my boyfriend across the store saying I already explained this to you and your “Pedro”. I was in shock!!!! This individual went on to tell the associate who was helping me to give me a refund because he can sell this phone like that and snapped his fingers. I don’t have anything against Verizon but this individual needs to be fired!!! He should never deal with customers. Not sure how this establishment allows employees to discriminate against customers!!!

I have been with Tmobile for over 14yrs and decided I need a change so I stopped by Verizon after visiting Wegmans to just browse and ended up leaving the store with a Google Pixel based off the customer service I received from Silk. He walked over to ask if I needed assistance and gave me the run down about the benefits of having this service. I told him my basic needs and he met them all with this one phone . He gave me several options but was so kind helpful and patient with me. He did not rush the process. Id refer all my friends and family to come see Silk I had a excellent experience. Not to mention I absolutely love my new phone.

Holiday shopping made easy. As anyone shopping during the Christmas season would expect the store was extremely busy. However the staff were all helpful and respectful. The phone I wanted was sold out but the guy who I believe to be the store manager (Silk) ordered the phone I wanted and it arrived in time for it to make it under the tree for my daughter to open on Christmas morning. His help was much appreciated! When its time for me to upgrade my line I will definitely be returning to this store.

If I could zero stars I would. I went in to get my upgrade and they claimed that there was nothing that they could do. I go to a Best Buy store and poof I get my upgrade with a way better phone. They only work for commission no for the genuine helping of their customers. If they dont think theyll make enough money on you. They keep you there as long as they can, give a fake lousy excuse, and send you on your way.

Came in today to get a phone and some accessories. Although they were crowded the service was exceptional...I had time to look and find what I needed and Silk was very patient he answered my many questions he was very informative about the plans that would fit my lifestyle. I was excited they had the phone because I had went to 3 stores that didnt. Ill definitely be coming back to this store Silk was the best!

Awesome and enlightening. The manager was thoughtful and very knowledgeable. The support staff has helped on numerous occasions, in-person and on the phone. Although we are both busy professionals and live in Owings Mills, we prefer to deal with the VZN Store in Hunt Valley. We have had nothing but pleasant experiences and will continue to visit the store for our wireless issues. Would highly recommend .

I went into the store on a Saturday around 11AM to pick up a self-installation kit for cable and internet. The customer service was fantastic, they breezed through about a dozen customers and I was out of the door with everything I needed after about 15-20 minutes during a busy time. All of the employees were enthusiastic and helpful.
