A few Saturdays ago I came to this store because my phone was malfunctioning. Mia Smith, the rep, did everything to try to resolve the issue. When she spoke with a technician who tried to fix the problem remotely, his first option was to "reboot" the phone which could have potentially wiped out memorable photos that I could not get back. However, Mia expressed my concern and advocated for my getting a new phone instead. She worked on this problem with me for about an hour and was very patient and professional! She told me that I would get my new phone on the following Tuesday but it actually arrived that Monday! Thank you Mia! You made my experience painless and made my rating of Verizons customer service even higher and Im enjoying my new phone:-)!

Today, I went to this store after I got upset and frustrated with phone customer service about wrong bill. As soon as I walked in to the store, Nikki Stewart approached me and provided me a warm welcome with big smile on her face. Long store short, Nikki listened carefully my concerns and frustrations and she immediately acknowledged it and reassured me right away that she will do anything to straightened out everything.,Nikki went beyond and above not only taken care of my wrong bill, she also explained to me the problem and how to avoid it from future occurrence. I really appreciated her excellent service and I ll definitely go back to this store in the future.

I am not very tech savy and I just had the best customer service at the Verizon Store in Brandywine MD. Mia, the young lady that helped me was so knowledgeable and patient with me. She fixed my problem with my phone and answered all my questions. At one point Jay the manager came over to answer a question Mia had and he was very helpful too. Both of them were very patient with this old lady and I really appreciated the time they took to help me!

I went to the verizon store today in Brandywine, MD and there was no wait time. I received excellent service. My salesperson Regina explained everything to me and she said if I had any issues I could reach out to her. The Brandywine store has a phone app you can use to reach out to them.

Stopped by to pick up a charger for my Jetpak and Barry looked up my account and was able to get my upgrade processed and got a rebate even. They printed out copies and filled out envelopes for the rebate so my work is minimal. Guys were so great to work with! So glad I stopped by !
