Went in to Upgrade device to the Note 7. Was told it would be $36/month with a starting fee and this came with a free case, charger and screen protector. Later on found out that nothing was free i had paid $190 after being told it was going toward the device payment price. The sales rep totally lied charged me for each piece of equipment. Went to go get a refund and since the rep rushed to put on the screen protector without asking, states that they cannot give me a refund on a $50 screen protector because it had been used. Mind you i would have never paid $50 for a screen protector let alone one that will not protect the edge screens. If you go here just make sure you know all of the facts because they will lie to you here for a quick sale. I would never recommended this off brand Verizon store, go to a certified retailer where they would not be able to get away with scams like this.

The Capitol Hgts Verizon store really helpedme in my time of need when I locked myself out of my phone. Kierra and Aaron helped restore my faith in the iphone. They reassured me that everything will be okay and guess what it was. The customer service here at this location is excellent and will be back in the future for my next upgrades.

Walked in. Never greeted for 30 minutes. If I wasnt in a hurry, I would have driven to another location for my upgrade. This lets me know, this location doesnt want my money...at this point, Ill keep the phone I have. I had time to write this review and still no help.

One star is because I had to...They sell you stuff and dont go into detail about what you DONT get as far as refund upon returning something....Terrible customer service I will NEVER be back to this Verizon store!!!

So my sale rep keep leaving to talk to another costumer. They are ridiculously slow and can not finish a transaction in a timely manner. I am never coming back here again!!!
