I have to say this was the best experience Ive ever had with Verizon in my 14 years with this company, I walked into the Laurel, MD store and encountered very nice salesmen Antoine and Dave who explained about current promotions, compared them to my current plan and explained the benefits. I decided to take advantage of the promotion; however, there was a serious issue that almost derailed that. Dave G then stepped into to resolve an issue that I didnt even know was blocking me from upgrading. After 2.5 hours back and forth on the phone, he resolved my issues and worked with me in a way that NO other salesperson/manager has ever done. I am so grateful and appreciative for all of their hard work. Verizon definitely needs more employees like these.

Extremely disappointed. Let me start by saying Ive been a loyal Verizon customer for over 20 years. My wife and I upgraded our phones two weeks ago to the day. Our sales rep. told us that we had "14 days" to return the phones if we werent satisfied. When I tried to return my phone on the 14th day (2 weeks from date of purchase), the store manager Tricia, informed me that I missed the cut off day by one day and there was "nothing she could do". No exceptions for customer loyalty, nothing. Ive be in management over 20 years and to tell a loyal customer "there is nothing I can do" without providing any considerable options is just poor at best. Exceptional managers are those who think outside the box to retain and satisfy customers.

I got immediate service when I walked in but I was there for over 3 hours to get a new phone. I was only given the option to pay for my phone monthly but was told my service charge would be reduced to compensate for the additional charge. My monthly service charge was not reduced and the "real" Verizon Wireless said I was misinformed. I paid for a screen saver but was reimbursed when they couldnt apply it without having bubbles. One month later my son got a new phone from this same store. He was also told he had to pay monthly for his phone but the service would be reduced. Again, this didnt happen. After calling Verizon Wireless I decided I would only use "real" Verizon stores and not the authorized retailers.

I came in to the Verizon store located off of Baltimore Avenue and Cherry Lane after 8 p.m. My phone was malfunctioning and I expected to have a long drawn-out process to get it fixed. To my surprise, Kelsi and Chris who were the sales representatives were quite friendly and were able to get my phone fixed in a matter of 2 minutes. Wow! I was in total shock and very excited about having a phone that now worked. I feel as though they went the extra mile to even research another issue I asked about that was not the real reason I came in. I highly recommend this store and have had good experiences at the store over the past 13 years. Its all about the quality of the rep and both are quite qualified! Thanks!

Needed help getting contacts transferred from my old windows phone to my new Android phone. They werent able to help me with that due to windows compatibility issues. The reason I came in was the cloud service was down per Verizon. They did however save me some money on my monthly bill by enrolling me in a betterplan that also provides carryover on data from previous month. Also gave me a good deal on a Verizon tablet and plan. The staff was helpful courteous and good salespeople, thank you KJ for your help

Tim is a blessing! I walked into the store on a time crunch expecting not to walk out with a new phone. Tim helped me make important decisions with my account and a new phone purchase. He walked me through the entire process and promised me he could get me out of the store with a new phone within the hour. I was not disappointed at all. Tim is great and his overall drive and motivation really shined through his customer service skills. 10/10 would would work with him again!

Came into the Lauerl store today and was very pleased with the professionalism of everyone on the staff. Kelsi my customer service rep was amazing, she went above and beyond to help me with my malfunctioning phone, which occured after a system update. She tested the phone, and offered me many options to move forward, turned out that my phone was still under warranty and Kelsi called for me and got me hooked up to receive a replacement in just a few days.

Went in for an upgrade for my iPhone and with it being the holidays, I was dreading the long lines and irritated people. Tricia was the one helping me and she made the process so easy and was so helpful! She was so nice and cheerful (which can be hard during the retail holiday season) that I will be coming back to this location and to Tricia every time I need an upgrade! Thanks to Tricia I left with my new phone and all the accessories I needed!

I came into this Verizon today in search of an auxiliary cord. Kelsi told me where I could get one of these adapters, as well as informing me about a cool new tablet they have. I already have one which I didnt understand how to use, so Kelsi showed me a few things, and gave me her number so I can contact her later for more help! I am so impressed with her level of dedication :-) I highly recommend her and this store to everyone in this area!

Tim was absolutely amazing. He greeted me at the door and immediately was able to assist me with upgrading my phone and making changes to my plan. He thoroughly explained everything and was able to answer all of my questions. He also helped make recommendations for my new phone which were very helpful. While I did have my son 10 month old with me the store staff was very accommodating. The store was clean and well staffed.

Came in to by a car charger. Met a gentleman named Steve. He asked if I have reviewed my business account recently. I had not. As a result I left the store saving $460 per month switching me to the new unlimited plan for business Steve was enthusiastic from the moment I came in to the moment I left. Knowledgeable and genuine. I have his cell number in my contacts and he will be the first I call for questions and answers.

Came in and Tricia helped me my phone was having issues and would not work. Tricia called into 3 different departments to try and get my old phone working. After not being able to fix my old device she got me into a new phone. She was awesome, so patient and helpful. The store is a very comfortable atmosphere and everyone is so nice and helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone! Amazing, amazing customer service.

Tim was great, he helped me search for a case in pink, and reviewed my account to see if there were any additional discounts available. The service sure has gone up at the Laurel location :) The above was the original post, I later returned to get a line for my dad and realized Tim cheated me and gave me a "hookup" discount of 20% however my account gives me a 25% discount on accessories.
