I was a customer of the corp. store down the street .Thought i would try something differant very bad choose .I went in and the sales person was with a customer no big deal . He never said anything to me "like i will be right with you or anything like that.After 20-30 min customer finally left and he said how can i help you. Began to show me data type phones told sales person that i was not interested .They are very pushy on text plans, phone insur. , and anything else to up sell me . I noticed that the pricing was alot more after i got home . I am still in the market for a new phone. I would not rec. this store to a enemy. I wish there was more good stores out there for verizon customers...

By far, my experience at the Go wireless location in Cokeysville, MD has been the single worst shopping experience of my life. The employee was rude, attempted to con us on multiple occasions, and lied several times in order to make a sale. When we attempted to return a device that was still within the 14 day return period, they told us their systems were not working so they couldnt generate return codes. They did this several times in order to postpone the return past the 14 day return period. But the most troubling issue was the blatant dishonesty every step of the way. They will tell you anything to make a sale, and when you attempt to hold them to their word they will back-peddle.

I went in to pay my bill, my presence was obviously a distraction to whatever the worker was doing, someone else came in and he immediately gave his attention to that person, and then when he supposedly processed my payment, I could tell he really didnt process it. I know he didnt because I didnt receive a confirmation email or text I normally would. I didnt even press it because I knew he just didnt care that I was there. I wish I had gotten his name, but he is a terrible employee.

I think the reps are terrific, and please keep them here. because of them, I will always use Verizon, and please let them in this area, for they are the best people I have dealt with, and I would like to continue.doing business with them. David Myers did an excellent job setting up my iPhone I drove all the way from Dundalk because I knew I would get good service and hes the only phone representative that I will use. David is extremely knowledgeable and understands a lot of the technical aspects of the phones but he is also very personable and makes the customer feel very relaxed.. I found over the years that many phone reps can be condescending with their knowledge and make the customer feel uncomfortable.

Keisha was exceptional! I will tell all of my friends and family to go to her for assistance whenever they want a new phone or if they need help with their phone. She was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough going over the phone and plan details. I appreciate her patience and honesty during my decision making on what phone to upgrade to. Went in right before closing with 2 damaged devices and Christine stayed and helped us with getting a replacement for the one device that we had the protection plan for. She offered to set it up for us when the replacement arrives. She also helped us with purchasing a new phone. She was great- very knowledgable and courteous!! This will definitely be my go to Verizon store.

Mark and Alex....What a team! Had problems with a new phone the day after a phone switch AT ANOTHER STORE not near my residence. Alex and Mark were welcoming and gracious when I arrived needing help.
