I wanted to take a moment and share my gratitude with you regarding your store and your employee that helped me this morning. Last night my car battery died. Luckily, we were able to jump it so I could get it to Batteries and Bulbs this morning. I got there around 8:30am and the employee on staff was extremely helpful. I was very impressed with his skills and patience in explaining my options to me and everything he was doing. He was also managing to take care of other customers that were coming into the shop. He deserves credit for a job well done considering he was the only one in for the morning and was juggling customers plus a car battery installation. Overall, my husband and I have been very impressed with your store. You have knowledgeable staff that can provide great advice on the products, offer a great recycling program, and are always passing deals on to your customers. We look forward to continuing business with you in the future.

I needed a new car battery so I decided to give batteries plus a call. I spoke with Kyle and he was great, not only did he help me find the battery I needed he also gave me a quote & $10 off. He assured me that I was going to get taken care of upon arrival. Nathaniel was extremely helpful also. My car died in the parking lot so I wasnt able to drive it around to the shaded side of the building. It was sooooooooooo HOT outside. Despite that, he was so professional and informative while replacing my battery. Overall my experience was amazing this has made me a lifetime customer.

I had dropped my 1phone 5S and the screen cracked. The phone still worked fine. I called the insurance company and was told it would cost $150 to replace my phone. I brought my phone to Batteries Plus in Timonium and they were really professional and friendly. They did not make me feel like a fool for not having a screen protector. Most importantly, for $109 i got a brand new screen on my phone and had them install the screen protector. The service was fast and high quality. I will always check with them first if I need future repairs.

Needed a new battery for my Galaxy S5. Ordered online and picked up at store. No fuss, no muss. Easy. Gent helped me put in the new battery. AOK. Now getting -much- better operating time from phone. Also had them repair GFs car remote several months back. Easy peasy. IMO this outfit is better than Battery Warehouse.
