Mr. George Williams IV, the Store Manager was exceptional from start to finish in providing me with outstanding service! He is by far the best Verizon Store Manager I have have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. In fact I think hes one of the best store managers anywhere that I have ever dealt with. George is extremely technologicaly knowledgeable about his companys products, and made me feel throughout that he was trying to do what was best for me, rather than trying to promote Verizons (excellent) products. George was warm, extremely patient and made the whole selection and purchase process fun. Id also like to pay tribute to the technology consultant working with George, Mr. Garland Palmer, who also impressed me greatly. He was similarly outstanding! Thank you Verizon for recruiting such outstandingly talented individuals. They are a tribute to your company and senior Verizon management should be extremely proud of them both! I would be more than happy to answer any future questions about the wonderful service and outstanding products (Moto Z phone and iPad Mini IV) I purchased from George and Garlands Verizon store. Our experience at the store was fine. The representative was friendly. It was in the middle of the day so we were the only customers there. My complaint is that the representative lied about extra fees. I asked if there was an extra fee for using TCC rather than Verizon. They said no, but there is a Ready? Go! fee of $9.99 that is not charged at Verizon. I didnt know till I compared it to another bill fot a phone weactivated at Verizon. TCC wont refund the fee but give you a store cupon over email for $9.99. Essentially I beleive a customer should always be given accurate information about fees. I would have chosen not to use the store and go to a verizon store, which is why I asked. When I called back to get my money refunded they told me I could call my card company to complain. This is teeling of a store. Money comes first, customers second.

This Verizon location has amazing customer service! The store manager, Damica, is fantastic. She was able to untangle a huge mess made by another Verizon vendor (6308 York Rd., Baltimore -- DONT GO THERE!). Multiple phones, moving numbers around, changing plans -- all handled beautifully. She has earned all of our future business. BTW protection plans are priced better here. Who knew that these vary widely from one Verizon location to another? This was totally worth driving a few miles extra.

Walked in on Wednesday 8/19/15. Stood ther for 15 minutes, mot one person aacknowledged me. Then someone came out from around the counter to take the information of the guy who just walked in the door. After he was done, he walked away again. When he came back out, I approached him and he didnt even look at me as he took care of another customer that just walked in the door. I have purchased 4 phones from this location. Never again!

Have been coming in to see Jim for 3 years now. Been very happy with the overall customer service and product selection, Very fast service and NO LINES. These guys take their time and show you how to use the device not just sell you the phone and make you leave. They care about the customer your not just a Number.
