When I arrived at the Verizon Store I was not greeted and there were about 5 other people sitting/standing in the store. There was only One Customer Service person working with another customer. Two more agents, a man and a lady... came out of the back and came to the counter. Another woman customer came in after me... The man was clearly working with a gentleman at the end of the counter. The lady agent began working with the woman customer and signed her in and worked on her concern. The Lady agent started for the back and I stood to protest and mentioned that they were others in the store ahead of this woman... The agent turned and rudely said they have all been signed in... At that point I said I had not. She turned and and again was curt... What is your number. Finished with the lady customer, more people came in. My message came that I was next... The 2 other agents still busy with the other customers ahead of me , the lady agent checked a few in and then began working with another customer who came after me. Finally one of the gentleman agents came over and asked me my name and began working on my problem. The gentleman agent was very professional.

My experience with Justin was great. He was having problems w/his hand held device. It was not cooperating with him. However, today I have been trying for 45 minutes to contact the store in the Market Square office in Prince Frederick. To no avial. No one has answered. I will keep calling and hopefully someone will answer..

Immaculately clean. Feels more like a showroom than a store. Ive been in for repair issues a few times and theyve always been straightforward and helpful. Employee Chelsea is the best!!!

Its a necessary evil. Staff is friendly but almost always a wait. Accessories are over priced. I wouldnt be there if Verizon cell service wasnt the best.

Personal employees are not good with customers ,tell something to get a sale ,have no idea on what you ask about have to call someone 5o get answer

They are not very helpful , This store does not answer the phone. If you are not phone crazy they act bored with you

All but 2 of the workers are just hanging out in the back while a line of customers are kept waiting.

This is a corporate store so it has all the latest. Very knowledgeable staff.
