I went to Verizon yesterday, they were busy, I was told it would be 45 minutes before they could see me, I gave my phone number and told them I has a few errands to run, I did so and upon my arrival I was the next one in line. I waited 5 minutes and was helped. David helped me and covered all details and was very kind and supportive. My issue took an hour to complete. I am a very happy Verizon customer. I will only go to the California Verizon. The next time you have an issue check in then run your errands, you will save yourself time and be happier at the same time. Dont be angry with the company, they are there to assist you completely. If Verizon didnt take time to handle your issues carefully, you would complain and feel rushed, so think before you speak.

To be quite honest this is a corporate store that is being led by nasty management that really doesnt care about management position . I get better solace from an independent store in Lexington Park Maryland . I firmly believe as a high-ranking never been once late on my bill customer that Verizon wireless take this statement to heart and reorganize the management team at their corporate store on 3 Notch Rd. California Maryland . Because I do business with an independent store in Lexington Park, Maryland now and I get so much better service

If youre planning to get a phone from this location call and make an appointment with Donald Williams. I had a great shopping experience with his help. I did have to wait as this shop is busy but after I left I was happy that I had the chance to shop with Donalds help. Wish I could experience more quality salesmanship like Donald has every time I go shopping. Thanks again and will surly come back to this shop in the future.

The staff is friendly but service takes forever. They make you wait for an hour to just hand you a phone and you leave. The inventory is always limited and they only have 1 color of phone or not all the storage options. Save yourself the time and just order online. You will get discounts and there are more options online also. Dont forget to buy the overpriced low quality accessories!

This store is a joke. The sales person assiting me didnt really know what she was doing. The wait is insane. Of all the times I visited, being a Verizon customer more than 9 years, I think Ive only had one good experience at this location. Why do I keep going back? Unfortunately, its the only store in my area.

Long lines, useless representatvies. Verizon is over rated and screws you over. Its like, you want to use them because so many people do in the area but then you are stuck with them because of their rediculous cancellation fees. I wont use Verizon as soon as my contract is up.

Verizon business cell service is awesome! As a local real estate agent, they took time to make sure my business plan offered the features I needed. They even sent Anthony Tang Brown to meet me at my office and show me advanced features. I am impressed!

If I could give zero stars I would, this place sucks, very limited staff, service areas are terrible and no real explanations on insurance plans, we have been Verizon customers for 15+ years, and are looking to jump to another carrier, simply terrible!

I had a really good experience here. Everyone was nice and attentive. Gerard is awesome and helped me switch my phone carrier to Verizon in no time. Id definitely recommend this store.

Went there today and they were closed because of weather. We had 3 inches of snow. The streets were clean, the parking lot was plowed. All the other businesses in the area were open.
