Worst service ever. My husband and I came in to purchase a Bluetooth speaker. We ask the salesperson for her advice and she never even acknowledged our presence. She (Laura) answered our questions without eye contact, concern, or interest. Being business owners we know the importance of customer service and this experience was an epic fail. Reluctantly being faithful Verizon customers from another state,who spend at least $400 monthly in services, we were forced to go elsewhere to purchase the Bluetooth speaker. I would not recommend this location if youre looking for great customer service.

The biggest group of incompetent people. They have no concept of anything Verizon outside their store. All they tell you is whats on their screen. The two store managers also tell you what you want to hear and then disappear and tell their associates to handle it.
