I went to the store to inquire about an iPad. The young lady, Im sorry dear but I did not get your name, she was great. She made me feel welcome--which I love! And she took her time explaining their plans and pricing. Great customer service!

We went into the store for a SIM card, and the man said "were out of stock, youll have to call around". Um, isnt that your job? I didnt mind the 10 minute wait, or the lack of SIM cards, but a little initiative wouldve been appreciated.
