This has to be one of the worst cricket retailers I have ever been to. The guy at the counter seems disinterested in serving customers and charged me unnecessarily without addressing the primary issue. He was even told by the customer service representative on the phone to not do such things with customers. Of course this fell on deaf ears. I was told by the rep on the phone to ask for my money back, but he refused and said, "no refunds". I do not recommend this location and experiences like this will cost Cricket in losing a lot of dedicated customers like myself. I will likely have to switch to T-Mobile, and I recommend everyone to stay away from this place.

The service is very bad and the phones stop working after 30 days they freeze and you cant make a call to any one or a text I hate this phone company it is the worst ever . Im changing my fathers fone line to At&t
