I dont think this store even deserves a 1 star because the person could not help me with me phone at all. When I ask him if there is a stylus available for the phone, he had no idea what a stylus even was. I ready to drop cricket. This is the same reason I stopped using Trac phone.

They say theyre open on Sundays, no one answers when you call - just a recorded message saying theyre open 7 days a week. Drove up there and theyre closed. wth.
