Even after executing the upmost patience and understanding, my experience was a total miss. My father and I went early to get ahead of the line on New Years Eve to purchase a new phone. There were two associates working. One was tending to the only family in the building and the other, Jim, came over to assist us. Despite his pitiful and mildly inappropriate jokes, Jim got us slowly going on the new phone (45 minutes and we were one of two people in the entire store). Time was running long but everything was fine until he just left the store in the middle of our transaction. He left right before the phone was finished being programmed. Jim turned us over to another sales associate named Amar. Amar was extremely kind and genuinely tried to pick up where Jim left off. HOWEVER..after we had already left the store and returned home, I realized my phone would not make or receive calls. It turns out that the phone was never activated. THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO VERIFY IF THE PHONE WORKED! So I had to go all the way back to the store, and wait behind everyone in the line that I initially tried to avoid and watch them try to figure it out. I just sat there and never said a word because honestly I was pretty annoyed and had somewhere to be. We first walked into the store just before 11am, and didnt leave until 1pm. Waste of the valuable time I have when I am home for the holidays.

Excellent customer service. I came in when my phone wouldnt turn on and I needed a new one. I didnt have any of my information and had to wait on hold with Verizon Customer Support (They were backed up from the iphone 7 launch). Amar waited on the line with me. He showed extreme care and patience. While we waited he went through the options available with me and made sure I was taken care of while we waited. I really appreciate the time he took. He showed unbelievable customer service to me. Thank you.

Customer service was excellent ! I needed to purchase a new smart phone, and believe me Im not very smart when it comes to these devices. Horrible customer service. I purchased a life case here for $70 and used it for 2 1/2 days. Didnt like it. Tried to return it. Said there are minor scratches on the plastic and they wont return it even though when i purchased they said i could return. Will never come here again.

Amar waited on us and was extremely helpful & patient. He believes in full disclosure, explaining charges that other salesmen have neglected to mention in the past. He even offered to set up the Bluetooth in my car! Customer service is beyond compare.
