This is the worst sales experience of my life! Been with metroPCS for years. Upgraded my phone and bought a case for $20. As I looked at the case, it was not the fit for my phone, did not match the buttons or openings. I requested refound due to defective case and was denied. This all happened before I even stepped out of the store!!! Sales person(Hispanic) called her co-worker (Hispanic) and both told me that I cant return phone nor the case! Ive been in sales and customer service industry for years and I believe this is more then unacceptable!!! To sell a wrong product and deny a return?? Isnt that a theft?? I guess I should have looked at the reviews of this store before going in. Now I have to spend my te going through Bbb

Terrible, employee made me drive to 3 different stores, also tried to over charge me for SIM card. Then she charged my card $85 and said she needed my card and I would get my money back in 3 hours. My card was charged and money was not refunded, payment is no longer pending. you worked on January 31st, I came into store around 6pm you need to be fired. Definitely bad for business. She puts customers on mute and does not listen to them(in front of my face) today January 31st, 2017.

Changed their hours drove all way uphere and they close the store the store hours on the sighn wasnt changed you thinking there still open and they didnt even change the hours what if you was sent up there to get a replacement phone and the sighn says they close at 8 and they close up at 7 not telling you not good for customers how are they suppose to know unless they change the hours thats not to fair to ppl who have to drive a distance to get to them...

This dealer had a woman that answered and after hearing my concern and telling me "thats our policy" gave me attitude and hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. She said manager not there and is on "vacation". I asked to talk to a regional manager. She said I cant give out that information. This company is a joke. No real person on phone when you call 1800 number and the people in stores rude and no customer service.
