Good Morning, I wanted to take this opportunity to make you aware of not only exceptional service but an exceptional employee. My first encounter with Doug Cochran was in June of this year when he spent a significant amount of time assisting me with an account issue as well as a phone purchase. I left your Charlotte Hall facility with a true feeling of customer satisfaction. Doug was attentive, informative and patient. I must be honest that my Verizon experiences in the past have been less than pleasant; however, I had a guarded change of heart after my purchase in June. My second experience with Doug was yesterday afternoon when my father-in-law, myself and my wife visited the Charlotte Hall facility under difficult circumstances. My mother-in-law just passed away last week and we were in the facility to make changes to the account holder (switching my mother-in-law off of the account and making my father-in-law the account holder). Additionally, we were attempting to upgrade his current phone and attempting to accomplish all of this with a tight budget in mind. My father-in-law is not very tech savvy and has been understandably overwhelmed lately. Doug was the consummate professional and completely personable. He spent a significant amount of time on the phone with the "Verizon Transition Team" who were very slow and not terribly helpful... Doug remained professional and after being advised we would need to wait to make any further changes to the account until a "pending status" had been cleared (perhaps a day). Doug continued to review account features, different phone options, home phone options and answered questions for another 20 minutes. I am completely aware that the sales representatives work on commission; however, many individuals would have become disgruntled and dismissed the customer to comeback another day. We exchanged contact information with Doug and we agreed that when the pending status had cleared we would arrange a time to complete the process. True to his word, Doug contacted my father-in-law later that evening and advised him that he worked noon until 10 pm today; however, he agreed to come in early (on his own time) in order to provide more time to assist my father-in-law. This type of work ethic is for the most part a fond memory in this climate. I understand that in your profession you probably receive more correspondence about poor service or complaints than exceptional employees and I must tell you I am pleased to compose this email. We will meet with Doug today to complete our transaction and I would urge you to consider Doug as you look at promotional opportunities within your group because this type of employee should be permitted to share this work ethic with other individuals within your group. I have visited the idea on several occasions of possibly switching from Verizon to other carriers; however, Dougs service to my family is perhaps the paramount reason that I have elected to NOT leave Verizon at this time. Tim Roark greeted me very nicely at the door. Offered to process my original request when coming into the store but offered me other options as well. Helped me understand pricing difference of new and old phones as well as staying in my plan or activating a new plan. After he explained all my options and I spoke with my mom who I was on an account with, I decided to open a new account. Once deciding to open a new account, he made the phone call and waited patiently while I set up my new account with customer service. While on the phone activating my new account, he processed to get everything else ready to speed up the process once I was done on the phone. He applied my screen protector and case and helped me transfer all of my information. I highly recommend him to help other customers in the future.

On 5/20/17 my iPhone 6 crashed. I made an "emergency visit to your Charlotte Hall Verizon store. I was welcomed by several employees immediately . I was assisted by KJ who was very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable . The store was very clean including the restrooms and store was well stocked. KJ set me up with everything I needed for my new iphone 7 and answered all my questions . This was my first visit to your store and because of how I was treated by KJ it will be my future Verizon store for all of my needs. Awesome experience for a very inexperienced phone buyer. I became a Verizon customer about 2 years ago, my first experience was when I walked in to buy my first phone, was met by Ki Grubbs. His personality put me right at ease almost immediately, his knowledge of products made making my decisions so much easier. Every time I have a problem, or question concerning my phone, or bill I always call Ki for help, he has never let me down. I will continue to use the Charlotte Hall store and their representative Ki Grubbs, and most definitely recommend both to all friends and family. Keep up the good work and never lose Ki

Andrew was the most knowable it professionals I have ever come across. I was completely locked out of my phone. Spent an hour on the phone with my Verizon tech...no help. Another hour with an Apple tech...no help. Was told that I would receive new verification codes in 2 days to 2 weeks. I was in the Verizon store for 15 minutes and Andrew not only unlocked my phone he also restored all my info. This young man is long overdue for a hefty raise. I will recommend all family, friends and coworkers to you Andrew. Thank you so much!

I wand to thank Verizon for the wonderful experience I had at my local store with the young man Andrew , He went beyond the norm to make me happy, my husbands phone front screen was damaged to where you couldnt see any of the words or read anything, Andrew was able to transfer pictures in the dark, I was totally amazed, He knows his stuff,what awesome service as well, I love coming in this store to find such acwonderful caring person like him, thank you so much Andrew, I hope this company treats you well for your performance.

First of all, I was able to get everything I needed and then some for an excellent price. I absolutely love the new financing plans instead of having to pay for the phone up front. The representative who helped me provided me with all of the information I needed to know, and he hooked me up with promotions. I will always continue to do business with Verizon wireless because of the excellent service and knowledgeable representatives. Not to mention, the quality and connections. Thanks very much !

Came into get an upgrade on my phone. Andrew was very helpful and courteous. He made sure I had all my questions answered and was comfortable with the phone I purchased. I was shown the features of the phone and shown how to use them. Customer service like this will reap customer satisfaction. I feel I can return to this store and be helped with any questions I may have. Big thank you to him for spending the time to be sure I was happy with my purchase.

KJ was amazing and took the time to explain everything to us. Two hours later (after she answered our 3 million questions) we are very happy with our new phones. We will be back to see KJ again when we need her. She is very up to date and informed about every promo and type of phone you could ever have a question about. There literally was not a question she could not answer for us!!! Best experience with Verizon ever!!! Thank you so much KJ !!!!
