I love writing reviews. So, I was with a sucky company, heard about the bring your own iPhone to Boost Mobile promo and I contacted Forever Wireless on Facebook, they told me what time to be at the Plaza and I arrived there to smiling faces, a wonderful greeting (not that I expected anything less) my daughter is hooked on these locations. I told them I wanted to port and have the promo. In about 10 mins I was set and out the door with new service (I saw data improvement IMMEDIATELY). We frequent the Howard St location since we are closer to downtown but The Plaza was nice. I love how its two stores in one all your mobile needs and music needs ONE STOP SHOP! They were eager to answer all my questions and nobody had a attitude (like some other places) thank you Forever Wireless and thank you Casey for having the team of people you have working at your locations. I appreciate you guys so much. As usual

The screen on my sons phone cracked and we took it to Metro 2 to see if they could fix it today. Originally I was under the impression that they would have to order a new one that would take 5 days to do but after it was shown to the guy who does the repairs I was told they could fix it on the spot and the price was quite reasonable (especially compared to getting a new phone). I couldnt be happier with the experience, the service and the results and am relieved that it was that easy to get the phone back to its state from before the incident where it fell and hit the pavement (it basically looks like new). Apparently, they used an original screen too.

Literally the fastest and most reliable electronics service business I have ever dealt with. As a first time customer I dropped off my laptop assuming I would be given the usual "unfixable" or ridiculous repair fee, but I actually experienced a reasonable and legitimate quote. The work was done almost immediately. Service technicians were a pleasure to deal with and highly professional. Pricing is unbeatable. Five stars for these guys (and the incredibly honest owner). Forever Wireless will be the only place I deal with in the future.

My son smashed the screen on my Iphone and I needed a quick fix. My wife went to the Apple store and they were expensive and rude. They even told her that they couldnt see us for 3 days. On the recommendation of a friend I took my phone to Metro 2. They fixed it for a very reasonable price in about 20 minutes. It was quick, easy, and Waqia the manager is a doll. The only one that is good in there is Dman. He had to fix my phone twice and if I had a cell phone store I would take him from this store , your manager is rude and very unprofessional she could use some customers service classes. Thanks but if I break my phone again I will go somewhere else .
