I have been shopping at Target for twenty plus years. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any store. We were told over the phone by a manager to come in for an exchange on a recalled Graco seat. When we brought our seat in we were given a piece of paper and told to call the number for Graco customer service. (Keep in mind this is something we could have done from our own house had we been told this was "protocol." ) The lady who was "helping" us called another representative to come help us stating she needed to go on her lunch break. She walked away, leaving us there with no one to help. The replacement customer service agent walked away with her. We didnt know how to call out from their phone and sat there trying for a good five minutes with no one to ask. I will not be shopping at this Target ever again even though it is the closest one to my house.

Everything is right in the area clothes, house hold items, decorating in and out side of your home, arts and crafts store, toys, a pet store for pets or every thing you might want for your pet. Lots of fast food restaurant s or restaurant s you can sit and relax, Variety of places a person 21 and older can gamble if they like. Their is also a Best By, if you need electronics. They are adding new stores and restaurants all the time. Lots of free parking. With Rosss and Burlington Coat factory you have lots of affordable choices. Their is also Home Depot with everything a person could possibly need for the inside or outside of your home. The sales people are awesome. Theres Toys or Us , Michaels, Target, Petcock and lots lots more

No carousel anymore. Only shopping and crappy restaurants. .. Target has been open for over a year and a half... TJ Maxx is there but way overpriced. Burlington Coat Factory and Ross are still cheap there are a couple over priced little shops in between no more construction really but not much to brag about you either. Only family thing over there is Toys R Us if you want to consider it a family thing. No movie theater no playground at the McDonalds there. No carousel no arcade. I thought after the construction it would be better but its not

Close to me. Variety of stores. Recently remodeled with old time carousel food mall gone. Lots of big names reside on this piece of sand in the middle of Columbia river on Hayden Island. Burlington Coat Factory. Target. Best Buy. Home Depot. Ultra. Many more stores. No sales taxes. First exit into Oregon off I 5 from Washington. It has its own lane on and off the highway. Bus lines serve it.

What used to be a real classy mall with a movie theatre and cool places, is going thru transitions. For the past 15-years its fallen into the bad element, but with renovations, should be back better than ever. Im rooting for the area, which has under achieved for so long now to come to fore. They still get some quality people, but must go after better high school and college help.

I needed a new cellphone. I was at Best Buy. They didnt have the phone I was looking for. The Verizon rep was helpful. I went back two days later but they didnt get the phone in their shipment. I asked them if they could search for the phone. They found one at the Lloyd center store. They were helpful, asked appropriate questions regarding what I wanted and answered my questions.

Its a big old school shopping center but its growing into its own. They continue to add new shops while keeping their anchors like Target, Home Depot and Best Buy. Some decent food choices now such as Boardwalk Burger with insane fries. The new Homegoods and DSW are nice fits. Its easy to get to usually. Especially from the Washington side so a nice spot to avoid sales tax.

Its crap. Used to be a great place years ago. But now all of the old mall has been destroyed and its just another "run-of-the-mill" shopping area with a bunch of stores Ill never go to because there are other locations closer to me than here. Why the hell would I even want to drive there nowadays in the always backed up s**t that is the I-5 freeway.

This shopping center is very close to the Oregon state line making it just a short distance for Washington residents looking to save on sales tax. The outdoor shopping center has many of the big retailers and plenty of parking. The downside is that it can be tricky to access with the short on/off ramps from I-5 and no alternate entrance.

Many major retailers available. Several restaurants within easy walking distance in many price ranges. Would like better signage along main road as to which retailer was actually closer to which main entry, as its not easy to see and if one enters too early, they become stuck in slow traffic with stop signs TOO plentiful/frequent.

Utterly and completely ruined. They converted it from a walk in mall with a bunch of stores, water slide and merry go round into an OVERSIZED STRIP MALL. Its total crap now, dont even bother. For the next act of the property managment company, maybe they can spray paint the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel... Assholes...

There is a lot I miss, and a lot to be improved. There is no attraction anymore except for the gambling which I dont do. Bring back a theme park, as Oaks Park isnt doing too hot. Indoor theme park would change Portland for the better. More jobs, something fun to do year round.

As far as shopping malls go., its all outdoors so no crowds. Its got a Best Buy, aTarget, a Staple,, Sarbucks, Panerea, and a Home Depot. If ya cant find it there, you probably dont need it. Plus its a 3 wood and a nine iron for my front door. Talk about convenient

Lots of congestion and your basic chain stores. This is where we go when we need to do some quick shopping, but usually prefer to not go here due to the regular congestion. Unfortunately, it is the most convenient shopping area in relation to where we live.

Great selection of stores, this place has the best toys r us and babies r us my wife and i have ever been to. After shopping we sent for appetizers and drinks at Stanfords and we were very happy with the quality of food and drinks as well as the service.
