Considering there are not a lot of Asian places to visit in South King County this is actually a fairly decent place to go. I do agree that Uwajimaya is better but the Great Wall Mall is still worth going too. They have some fairly decent restaurants here. It is rather nice to find some Asian restaurants where the Asian dishes havent been "Americanized" to some extent. I have to say I have eaten some of the best Asian foods here. The grocery store is worth going too. Prices are good, employees are friendly and polite. Be prepared that fish area in the back will set off the sent of fish through out about a quarter of the store. (This is normal for most Asian grocery stores.) I love coming here for specialty items in my Asian recipes that are significantly over priced in a local grocery store. Overall I do enjoy the Great Wall Mall. It is worth going too and so long as the quality of the merchandise, food and restaurants dont slip I will keep coming back.

This is not a review about "Ranch" but the shopping center its in. Parking is super bad. As in--good luck finding a tiny little, barely will fit your car space. Its easy to circle the parking lot multiple times on the weekend despite the enormous IKEA sized parking lot. Even the back lot (behind the building) fills up all the way. There are a lot of stores in this building that open and close, but there are a lot of okay restaurants and an okay bakery next to Ranch with tiny Asian-appetite sized pastries, buns and rice dumplings. There are a lot of old school video games, kiddie rides (60s era toddler ferris wheel) and benches for sitting and watching the people go by. In my opinion, its a lot more "real" than downtown Seattle and much easier to get to.

This mall has a nice, well stocked market with fresh produce and seafood, a bakery and prepared foods section. The main market: Great selection and good prices, whether looking for tofu or something more exotic. Many varieties of kimchee ready to heat dim sum buns, etc. They also have a nice selection of dishes and chopsticks. The smaller stores include an apothecary, a hair stylist, an Asian travel agent, a place that assists with taxes, a dentist, several home goods stores, multiple restaurants, a bakery and several bubble tea places. There is also a small arcade, a few rides for kids and massage chairs for the adults. There is plenty of parking and it is accessible.

99 Ranch Market, the Asian grocery chain from Cali, is the anchor tenant, but there are plenty of other reasons to visit Great Wall. Lots of good restaurants and small specialty shops. A few national franchises but also mom and pop places, including herbs, gifts and food. Always packed and usually a wait for parking on weekends, but worth the effort. One tip: visit the Ranch 99 website or FB page to view the weekly circular before you go, so you dont get overwhelmed by the sheer amount of stuff that you can find there. And dont forget to stop off at the deli for Hong Kong BBQ.

I have been coming here well over a decade now and my favorite place to stop is Champions Tea Drink. Service is great and the bubble tea is fantastic. Also I love Morning Glory for all their wonderful stuffed animals and hello Kitty stuff. Its been sad to see many store shut down as Im told rent for each shop is really expensive for the amount of foot traffic they get. 99 Ranch Market is great but usually crowded with non-English speaking and pushy customers. But the bakery in the back left corner is delicious and worth the trek back there.

Good place to find Chinese/Korean/Asian food. 99-Ranch is a large full-service national supermarket chain with a full selection of stuff. Theres an Chinese Traditional Herbal Medicine place, and a fairly broad selection of eateries, at least some of which are reasonably good. This is one of the most convenient places to go in the general Renton/Kent/SE Seattle area for this kind of thing, and is the biggest one around this part of the city at least. If you need Asian groceries you really should be checking this out.

The parking lot is horrible to maneuver and if its at all busy, forget it. Mostly Asian restaurants and a few specialty stores. Overall its not bad. If youre looking for an Asian food item the Ranch Market will probably have it, although its always crowed and hard to maneuver as well. Also theres a great little Asian herb store and if they arent busy theyre willing to give information. Overall the Great Wall mall is pretty cool, just have patience and dont even bother going on the weekend.

ranch 99 Market has a great selection of Asian groceries. There are a couple of places serving bubble tea and an Asian dessert bakery thats wonderful. We go here about half of the times we go to Ikea, both far away from our home on Queen Anne. Central to the mall is a chinese import shop with a huge selection. They have a wide range of merchandise ranging from inexpensive to costing thousands of dollars -- some really beautiful items for the home!

My first time there, lots of small businesses and, 99 Runch Market. Everything was well organized in the market, at the end they have freshly cooked, and different varieties of dishes, also baked stuff. My favorite part was, that you can ask to fry fish you bought, which really helpful. Disappointing part was, when I asked worker where I can find an item, which I am looking for, he couldnt speak English, not a word.

i wish there were a zero star. No security patrol in the parking lot of such a busy, high traffic shopping center. My car got broken into at 5 pm on a Saturday, in summer time. property management said it happens pretty often, but there is nothing they can do about it. This is so ridiculous. Other grocery shopping centers like H Mart have security personnel in the parking lot. I will not go there anymore.

有时候你没有选择的余地,买鱼买虾每次都乱糟糟无人招呼客人,乱插队华裔服务员超级不耐烦。零食和食材经常买到过期的,如果有的选择我绝对不想来这家超市。

The new Ranch 99 Market is well-stocked with cooking supplies including bakery items and a small hot food deli section. The newly opened restaurants and shops provide variety and generally good food, capped by the outstanding Imperial Seafood Garden restaurant which stands above most anything in Seattle.

If youre looking for Asian, youve found it! Theres a whole (mini) mall with restaurants, specialty drink shops, travel, salon, holistic remedies, relics, & even a grocery store. The bakery in the mall is great. Bambu makes the most awesome drink combos. For an all-Asian experience, come here.

Contains a 99 Ranch Market for groceries. Little lacking in alcohol unfortunately (i.e, no soju). Lot of great eateries ranging from Canton noodles to Vietnamese bakeries, bubble tea, desserts, etc. The parking lot seems.. strangely inefficient, though I cant quite put my finger on why.

I love this place for the great restaurants and shopping at ranch market. Parking is kind of a nightmare depending on when you go (weekends specifically) and apparently there is an issue with peoples cars getting broken into, so stow your valuables out of sight.

Dirty restaurants and the bathrooms look like no one has ever cleaned them. If you are not the same race as the people who work and shop there, be prepared to have your shoes spat on and the prices raised, even if you show them the price tag. Racist as heck.
