This looks like a dieing mall. There is no food or drinks to enjoy while shopping, unless you count the various vending machines. The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is the only fresh food or snacks. The stores have some good deals but the smell of cow manure is every where except in the stores. There is no reason to stay more than you absolutely have to. The few stores I went into the employees were nice enough, but there were only about 15 people shopping that I saw in my 45 minutes at the outlets. The only thing they sell here are clothes. No electronics, kitchen, sporting goods, or luggage stores. Not much variety.

The outlet as a whole wasnt too bad. lots of name brands and easy to find. however i went to the designer fragnance and cosmetics store and one of the sales lady was very rude. i purchased about $200 worth of stuffs and kindly asked if i could get 2 extra little plastic bags because they were gifts and she made such a mean face and repeted about 4 times that she doesnt have enough. omg what if i had come 3 times to buy stuffs equal to $200. would she have refused me bags then?? if she had responded nicely i wouldnt have had a problem. i felt so insulted and never going there again...

Are you kidding me? The food court has closed up and the alternative that was available was a chili dog roach coach parked nearby! (the sign on the old food court door directed you to the chili dog place... crazy!) Mall felt like it was abandon. We saw only a handful of people there. And bird droppings were all around the sidewalks.. Its clear the economy has hit this small outlet mall and its not worth the visit. We were on a trip and set aside 1/2 day for this, and 30 minutes later we had to leave... I doubt there are 60 outlet stores there anymore...

Getting worse and worse. Took out the fish. Few food options. Many stores now gone (kitchen store) one of the electric charging stations has been broken for months (is nice they have chargers here). Just kind of seems in disrepair and sad now. Many of the "outlet" stores create sub par items to sell directly in their outlets so not really a bargain. Maybe update kids area, some new landscaping and painting. Get some new stores with variety (book store? New kitchen store?)

Probably the worst "premium" outlet center within San Francisco reach. Ive been to the ones in Napa and in Gilroy, but this one is clearly DEAD. Weve been there on a Saturday evening and there were almost no people around. Why? Because this is simply not worth the trip: no good deals in the stores, empty stores and even the food court was closed. As Rick stated: the only place to get hot food is a hotdog stand! Wanted to leave that place as soon as possible...

If I was just driving by I would never guess that this is an outlet mall. It looks like a small industrial park. To my surprise there was many stores tucked away in this small area. It could use a bigger sign or something. Most of the stores do not offer the outlet discount either. I was able to find better sales at the regular mall in the regular stores, but for what it was it was cute and fun to walk around outside and go from store to store.

Drove down from Santa Rosa today only to find they closed at 12:30. I admit this is the worst day of the year due to the weather and if your facility or their employees are in danger I can understand closing early but it didnt appear that was the situation. If you are closing early due to lack of foot traffic then you have a bigger problem to look into. There are plenty of places in Santa Rosa and elsewhere that will be open to take my money.

They pick and choose who they are going to provide customer service to. I walked into the Coach store with great intentions on buying a new wallet, however, I was never greeted and asked if I needed help. Then I observed an Asian couple walk in and the sales associates were all over them. I WALKED OUT. Im still using my old one and will not but coach again.

Drove up to get some Adidas shoes for my daughter and ended up getting some for me at a great price, along with some Nike shoes for her instead. The staff in both stores were very helpful and even checked another store for the particular shoes we were looking for. Still though, long drive for a somewhat limited selection of stores.

Heruntergekommenes Outlet in "schwieriger Gegend".

This is the smallests premium outlet I have been to. However, I found it very cozy. We were a bunch of people and if it had been bigger we would not have been able to find the "late" ones. You can find the regular shops, the Levis had a very good deal on jeans. There was also Nike, Jones New York, Lane Bryant, etc.

Many stores, including Banana Republic, Tommy Hilfiger, Osh Kosh BGosh, and others have clothing racks out on Sidewalk Sale, with HUGE discounts!!! Its a Fourth of July Blowout Sale this weekend here! The weather perfectly beautiful here, too! So, do yourself a favor and find tremendous bargains!!

Name brand stores and some good deals to be found. Friendly service at the stores we visited. Easy to find just off 101. Free parking. The stores are outside, not in enclosed mall. Tip: if its hot outside, take water with you. Theres also a coffee place in the middle.

This is a great outlet mall. I just wish they would get an Under Armor Outlet in it but other than that it has many great chains in it. I was able to get several very nice business casual outfits and very competitive prices here. Highly recommend.

Premium outlet centre in one of the friendliest towns in the US of A. Outdoor shopping centre ( no roof between shops ) with a good selection of stores and snack/coffee places. I always seem to get good deals for my shoe size at the Converse Store.

Not a far drive from SF. Sometimes its nice to escape the business of the city. These outlets are okay, but Ive seen better. It wasnt too busy even on the weekend which was nice. Parking was fairly easy and we enjoyed our time there.

This outlet mall is nice they always have some kind of sale going on. I see things here for 10 dollars then go to a regular store and see the same thing for 20-30 dollars. Good prices and name brands thumbs up.

Ample parking areas are kept tidy. Customer service is knowledgeable & friendly. Decent variety of stores although I was disappointed that G.H. Bass is no longer at the Petaluma Village Outlets.
