This place is a near-perfect symbol of Trumps America: the cheap, tawdry appeal of a shiny exterior swiftly undercut by the dire, bleak, hollowed-out core of a once-thriving family destination. Walking through the vacant, desolate halls of Cedar Hills, one sees abandoned storefronts with lonely, intermittent, random shops like "Teasers" (with absurd "brat" hats and early 90s era grandparent shirts), a bizarre Legos place (Bricks and Minifigs) with an annex replete with blank, depressing, pastel walls and cheap plastic tables and chairs you can rent for your family fun. Next on the CHC tour is "Substunce" - a ludicrous, hip, alternative clothing store filled with empty space, and garish Zumiez rip-offs. Inside youll also find a few sad clothing racks coupled with a sparse crew of wretched, luckless employees shuffling about. Further down the mall, unwitting customers will encounter a food-less food court and a few massive wall photos of cool kids hangin out that have evidently been present since the malls inception. Overall, a radically demoralizing but altogether unsurprising hallmark of 2017 American normality.

Powells Books, New Seasons, movie theater, and variety of other clothing & tech, etc retail stores and personal services like massage therapy=6 stars. CHC-located (chain) restaurants food are just barely adequate to me (I like non-chain establishments with finer cuisine that offers a large wine list, serves extra-virgin olive oil or real butter w crunchy crust bread preferably made w unbleached flour, & better-than-Starbucks coffee, such as Serratos in NW Portland, as well as Hot Lips Pizza, Si Senor! Mexican, & most Asian - including a few chains), altho CBC food venues are well above average compared to most low-priced family-type and fast food chains. Service and decor are good. Noise levels are fine for conversation.

Large Shopping center with lots of choices of stores: higher end retail to discount stores, WinCo groceries, some large retail chain stores and some smaller, local retailers, restaurants, various fast food, incl healthy options, 16 theater Cineplex, multiple banks too. Center encompasses two extremely large sites surrounded by Cedar Hills Blvd and Hocken on the east/west and Hall Blvd (south) Jenkins Blvd (splits two sites) and Walker Rd (north). Located on the bus route Major changes and improvements are under construction this summer with many new stores coming in. Its a great place to shop, etc.

Powells is here! Theres also a public bathroom (surprisingly clean for a mall), Claires, Cold Stone, benches, a charming play area with a comical frog statue, and its a nice space. Like all my most frequented spots in Cedar Hills, its close to Winco, so if youre there to grocery shop but need a bathroom I highly recommend coming here. Game Trader is here, too, and its totally sweet. I got a rad Mortal Kombat shirt there for $10.

This "mall" is basically an empty shell on the inside. The most exciting thing I see there are Santa Claus, Easter Bunny, and job fairs. The rest of the day its a short cut to the theater when theater parking is overflowed. Only the anchor stores of Powells Books and Best Buy remains. The outside stores and eateries that block the malls view from the street are far more exciting.

Im here almost daily, since I work in the area. Lots of progress and development happening. I just wish it was better communicated what all is part of "Cedar Hills crossing". But for those who dont know, its basically the McDonalds all the way down to Sunset Lanes. Lots of places to shop, great place to just chill and hang out. And you got Powells! So lots to look at

This mall used to be awesome years ago with a bunch of shops and restaurants now its just very empty with like 1 restaurant and like 3 stores. Its very boring now and not much to do anymore all people use it for is the Cold Stone Creamery or they use as a walkway to get to the movie theater right next it. But overall this mall has fallen off after some years.

Nice theatre. Last seats in the house, front row. But grandsons really wanted to see the movie and I didnt have the heart to tell them no. Amazingly enough I leaned back in my super comfy chair and enjoyed the show. Id never choose front row aisle seats but its great to know that if theyre the only seats left you can still see and enjoy the movie.

This mall is pretty tiny, but Craft Warehouse and Powells Books keep me coming back. You cant beat these two local chains. There is coffee, ice cream and a couple more eateries here, as well as a little tiny play area. If you are looking for variety in your shopping, though, Tanesbourn and Washington Square are better bets.

Some stores are inside, some stores are outside. The inside stores are awful (except for the video game store thats been there for years, those guys are awesome). Every single food court store has shut down except for cold stone. The whole place is disorganized. Hopefully the new construction will help this awful mall.

New Seasons at this location is above and beyond. Fresh deli, coffee, bakery, cheese monger, and much more. Excellent selection in all the above plus olive bar and wok or noodles made to order bar! Who New grocery shopping can also be an engaging experience! All staff super helpful and cheerful. Plenty of free parking.

What does in this shopping center have! Everything is within distance Banks , food, clothing, books, coffee and a grocery store itself. I mean honestly you wouldnt need to go anywhere else but this one Shopping Center. I think I would definitely suggest this to anyone in the area

Cedar hills crossing is a nice place to hang out but I do have some problems with it. First theres not many stores like maybe Washington square. Secondly its run down, and by that I mean it looks like a town that is deserted. Lastly theres not much in there.

Bricks and Minifigs store is really cool, subway sandwich for dinner and peachwave for desert, a short walk and Powells books is around the corner. WinCo on the North end, its near everything one needs, toys, food, desert, books, and grocery run.

Great little shopping center for most if not all of your needs -- my favorite store to explore is the Craft Warehouse. With all the deals they offer, one can quickly loose track of the time while browsing through knick knacks and art supplies.

The outside center is great, the inside mall is almost pointless, except for Powells, and the bathrooms. It has a vacant feel, the stores inside are (in the few occupied spaces) hit and miss as far as shopping hours, half the time they arent open.

I wish construction was done and we could see what additional shops were coming in. Management needs to work on getting shops for inside of the mall. Food shops would be nice. I know I liked one in the past that had tacos, burgers, and pizza.

This mall is slowly dying & businesses here no longer last long... The External Stores (Best Buy, Old Navy, Winco Foods, etc) are the only thing to keep this alive anymore. Plus there is Century 16 Cinema at the back of the complex.

This place is sort of depressing. Upon entering the mall (is it okay to call a mall?), youll be greeted with pretty much nothing. The stores are overpriced with products and the place just feels empty. It doesnt feel festive at all.
