Derelict mall that is an fading echo of its former self. Looking like a mall that had its peak in the mid 80s and quickly abandoned its now home to a pawn shop, hair salons and even a church. Most locations are empty or on their last breath. There is little to no reason to visit unless you crave a taste of nostalgia. The goodwill outside the mall seems to do brisk business in the unwanted, but inside the mall... nothing but dust.

Just a strip mall with random services. You can get massages and skin treatments. Several Korean restaurants and one sushi. Two Korean markets are also located here. There are also random legal and education services in the area.

The only thing there is goodwill which is a conartists company... the weird tiny mall that no one goes to and a couple other places that seem to pay the bulk of the rent in the complex.

Convenient location for a Port Orchard resident. Some stores here are over priced. Parking available (include handicap) but many visitors seem to like to invent there own spaces.

My kids call this the Sad Mall. We wish it were better managed because we really want it to succeed. We usually just skip the mall and go to the Goodwill next door.

Certainly not what it used to be. Many shops gone and vacant stores. The facility is aged and most of the time like a ghost town inside.
