Four entrances from Callan Blvd (greeted by a large unfinished parking structure), Southgate Ave (near Dennys), and two along Serramonte Blvd (near Wells Fargo or parking lot). Parking, all around the mall, is free. Warning: Under reconstruction with 4 new businesses coming soon (Mod Pizza, Buy Buy Baby, World Market, and an unnamed structure). Congestion on mall roads due to construction - proceed with caution to other cars, SamTrans busses, and pedestrians. Several businesses to serve your needs such as Firestone Complete Auto Care, Wells Fargo Bank, Macys, JCPenney, Dicks Sporting Goods, Target, Crunch Fitness, Daiso, Forever 21, Dave & Busters, 85 Degree Bakery, Starbucks, Bath and Body Works, and several more. Pricing varies between $ to $$$ depending on what you purchase at this mall. Diverse crowds of people, but majority are Filipinos. Its always been Filipino central here at Serramonte. Serramonte Shopping Center has some stops for SamTrans busses for those that use public transportation. Once construction is complete, my hope is that parking wont become too much of a hassle (except on Black Fridays or the holidays). I also hope that shoppers will not further disrespect this mall - people littering much more than usual. Overall, Serramonte Shopping Center has always been close to home, thus I will continue shopping here.

Serramonte Mall have come along way. Ive seen this place when Pizza and Pipes were in business just a walk away from it and water fell from the ceiling design in the middle of the mall. At one time everyone had to visit the pet shop called, SERRAMONTE PETS Puppies , lizards , snakes , fish , birds and bunnies you name it. This Mall is very affordable for an average family , student, or couple. You can find almost about anything you need here. There are many stores like Daiso , Payless Shoes , Target , Dave and Busters , Dicks Sporting Goods , Eye Glass Businesses , Nail Solons , Message service , Clothing dept and a wide variety of food to choose to eat day or night like Elephant Bar or Good Old Dennys. Some malls you walk and walk and just see store you have no interest in or too expensive. Serramonte Mall for years have been growing and becoming (THE ONE STOP SHOP) for many people in the SF Bay Area.

Its easy to find and get to through the google maps. They also have a large target store here, which is better than the one they have in the City. Large parking place. Best place to go to are the elephant bar, buffalo wings and they recently opened an asian bakery where they sell CHEAP pastry and boba drink. Downside, the Daly Citys tax rate is way higher than The City and a lower medium wage, which is a totally different topic☺️, so if you take the gas price it take to get here, theres nothing that much difference in price compared to shopping in Frisco. Overall, I love shopping here because of parking, which is super large and free, unlike The City.

Im gonna cut to the chase. Its normal American mall, however, it has few good things: this mall has JCPenney, Macys and Target attached to it. However, parking of this mall sucks since there is not much parking for amount of stores here plus construction is cherry on top of parking issues. In addition to that, I couldnt find mall directory pamphlet (map was printed in few locations) in there and it was kind of hard to find few stores. Few stores (e.g. Daiso Japan) dont even have entrance from inside of mall either.

Proves a "second-tier" mall doesnt have to be "second-rate". This mall is shunned by the likes of GAP (and in turn Banana Republic) and J.Crew. Apparently its not sufficiently premium as a location to warrant middle-market retail. No worries. There is still a mix of mom-and-pop shops and national brands here to warrant a good time. Anchored by Dicks, Target, and Macys, this mall is excellently maintained and always seems to have a healthy crowd.

This is very close for me and I come to walk around normally. I usually dont buy much here since they dont have many clothing stores I like but they have some places I like such as Uniqlo, the eyebrow threading place, the macaroon place, the indian place at the food court, and taco tuesdays at Rubios. Parking can get a little crowded especially since they are building something new on the back.

Pretty chill mall with a little bit of everything. You get your standards like target, gamestop, H&M, etc. Daiso also moved into the mall so theres that as well. Decor is pleasant and modern and theres plenty of sitting areas for those of us not into shopping. Dining options are good as well: elephant bar + other spots out front, and a food court with good variety for quick dining.

Serramonte has and probably always will be one of my favorite places to shop, eat, and socialize. Although I lived in Alameda and Oakland most of my life, I grew up going here especially when my relatives from the Philippines would visit. In the recent months Ive seen a lot of positive changes going on. Cant wait to see what its like when the constuction is finished.

Been shopping here for many years. Although its changed significantly, its keep up to date with the changes in Daly City. Looking forward to the new Dave and Busters opening up. The Target is always a convenient place to shop versus going to Colma. Dicks Sporting Goods is a welcome establishment now that Sports Authority closed across the street.

This mall has had it fair share of changes withing the last 10+ years for both the better and worst. Better because there is has been great companies who have opened shop here. Worst because as there are more and more companies comjng in that its driving companies out to make space. If you want to just shop, then yeah this place is alright.

I went to the farmers market here on Saturday, and at this time of the year it was underwhelming. Other than oranges and some apples, not much fruit variety. Then I made a quick stop at Target, and got some cleaning supplies. This mall overall is not bad, and is pretty close to my home. I just didnt really use it when I went this past wknd

I came here alot as a kid and always enjoyed it. However, last time I went it seems that parking has gotten really crazy here, because we couldnt find one parking spot and there was tremendous amounts of people waiting for parking. I hope they somehow solve this problem or more people shop online, carpool or take public transportation.

My favorite part about Serramonte is that it is a social hub to reconnect with old friends and a place full of activities. The only reason it does not get 5 stars is because I think it needs more free interactive activities that would allow for meeting new people and a landmark within the mall other than the fountain with turtles :P

Dont know what to say. Lower end mall, with aspirations of more. Two of the anchor stores are very sad. The big sports store is terrible - bad prices and bad staff. But there are some real gems here. And they are doing a major remodel inside and out. Dont know what this will be in a year from now in 2018.

Not much there to shop for outside of Macys and they dont have much to select from. I have to go to Hillsdale to shop and eat!~ They do have the Giant dug out and Disney store thats about it and maybe Penneys. Target I can go just about anywhere! Hope they improve it by putting in some decent stores.
